Every time I enter the store and have questions about a product or location, helpful employees are always there for me. Prices are reasonable. More important, they have on stock the product I want. Very efficient, pleasant place to shop.

The people here are always friendly, and most of them know where anything is. If that person doesn't know, he checks on his electronic gadget (don't know what is the proper name for it) and finds out quickly. They often remind me that what i chose needs a connector or adapter, for example, or ask a question that keeps me from making a mistake.

There are very comprehensive products for sale. The sales people you ask a location question do not only answer your question but will walk with to the location of the product you are looking for and answer any further questions about the produc t or viable alternatives.

Products were readily available, staff very friendly, store is always clean and well organized, and associates were friendly and helpful.

Locally, Home Depot is the obvious choice for the products it sells. The service is excellent and the advise is always wise. Thank you.

i made do with the plumbing supplies i purchased there was not a choice and the toilet is now very fragile at best try to stock and keep in stock more of these plumbing supplies thank you

Nice and clean smaller store friendly people.

My wife and I came in to purchase a lawn mower. The sales associates let us browse for a bit before asking if we needed assistance (which was nice). My wife was unsure of which mower was best for her needs and the associate showed her the pros and cons of each mower. He also gave us some information (I had no clue mowers couldn't use regular gasoline). We left feeling quite satisfied we had purchased the right tool for the job. Way to go!

Have made trips to this Home Depot since it opened. The service was almost always very good, with employees that were willing to help. Also enjoy seeing people with their dogs in this dog friendly store.

Our experience in purchasing a new refrigerator was a great example of customer service. Dave was a great help. Particularly since he is a new employee. He needed some help figuring out getting our new appliance shipped to us since Home Depot does not deliver to our Zip Code. Dave's manager Mark came and helped Dave figure out the process. They even got us the online pricing! Great teacher and eager learner! ! We will be back Home Depot. Thanks Mark and Dave

We enjoy shopping at this store . The Sandpoint store is clean and neat. We are restoring my grandmothers homestead home and buy most of our supplies here.

I don't mind standing in line. But my experience today was far form the norm and what I've come to expect from Home Depot. I’ve been shopping at this small town store for over 12 years and have come to know many of the employees by first name. But what I experienced today was the complete opposite from my past experiences. Today I stood in line for approximately 12 minutes to return 1 of 2 of the exact same items that I had purchased 45 days prior. As I stood in line at the customer service desk a customer had asked if he could purchase his items there. Of course the employees responded in the affirmative and began checking him out. However, what I experienced was of the four employees standing at the counter not one of them acknowledged me with even the slightest gesture of a smile. When the customer had finished his transaction he was the one to acknowledge me and apologize for the wait. I responded in kind saying it wasn't a problem. However, once again my issue was not that of standing in line but the uncaring attitude of the employees at the customer service counter. I moved back to this community from Phoenix, AZ to live in a community where people are treated like neighbors. What I experienced today made me feel like your organization no longer values our relationship. I don't normally complain in these situations but today I felt like My Local Home Depot had been taken from me. Today, the four employees standing idol at the customer service desk made me want to speak out. Finally, Michelle who did eventually acknowledge me once it was me standing at your register, if you felt like I was cold and short with you, it’s only because you made me feel like an unvalued customer.

From the time I walked in to the time I left the associates were very friendly and very helpful with helping me find what I was looking for.

Most things you need for home improvement are available at this Home Depot. The last time I bought plant starts from my local store though, did not fare so well in my garden compared to the starts I bought from local farmers. I was pleased to find Christmas lights for a reasonable price a week or so before the big holiday and they work just great!

It is the employees that make any store. At this time an employee, John, helped me to get the parts and tools I needed for a home project. I followed his instructions and all went perfect! I couldn't have asked for better service.

Usually this store is very helpful in finding what you need. However, not all departments have people working in every department and waiting for help is necessary. What I needed is not a normal item. It was for a filter for my LG refrigerator. I made the "find" a bit easier by calling in advance to make sure you had the item in stock so they knew the store had it. Getting a clerk to find it was a different matter.

THIS STORE HAS AWESOME EMPLOYEES. THEY ARE WILLING TO HELP AND TO EXPLAIN THINGS OR FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN (SO ARE THE BATHROOMS) WE'VE USED THE STORE PICK UP AND IT'S ALSO THE BEST. REALLY APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE.

The store staff are friendly and greet you as you shop. They always ask if you need help and will take you the product area that you need. the store is unusally clean considering the amount of traffic on a daily basis.
