I was looking for an Atomic Hammer Drill on line and found the cheapest price at Home Depot in the town I live in. Didn't have to wait and get, got it the same day that I needed it. Thanks for having so much merchandise in the store.

I had to buy a new refrigerator and the sales clerk, Emmanuel, gave me excellent customer service. It was a quick and easy process.

Waited 40 to 45 minutes for help in the appliance department and then an additional 10 minutes while they got distracted by other customers on their way to get the appliance I needed. And then made excuses for it. At least they tried to apologize, but I was already numb to any professionalism by then.

I just moved to sandpoint and don’t have family here to bounce ideas off but the employees here in sandpoint have been just the sweetest team of people; Emmanuel help me find a toilet seat at a great price, and the ladies in the refrigerator department went above and beyond to help pick out the right size fridge and even help set up the delivery of the fridge. Keep up the good work everyone! You all deserve a raise!

Gross, inappropriate, more in asking me personal questions including last name, age, etc to buy plumbing parts. Disgusting. I may just shop online now if that is your acceptable behavior.

Rave : Home Depot Ladies - Kaylee and Kristi. Yesterday I had a list of 3 items I needed. The first one I was able to get myself (step-ladder). The second one (folding chairs) - only 1 in stock. They tried locating 3 more, but couldn’t find them in any stores or online. But they checked their next delivery and there were 10 scheduled to be delivered this morning. The third item (wooden button plugs) had no location on the app or in their computer. They talked to some other employees, and sent me in the right direction. Got everything I needed, went back today and got my 3 additional folding chairs. Thanks to them going the extra mile, I got everything I needed and left with a smile - twice ☺️😊🥰

Had plenty of help, advice and suggestions. Wanted two refrigerators, ended up with adding a new microwave, installation and warranty. Sales person very knowledgable, and saved us money by pointing out a special we overlooked. Can't wait for them to arrive!

Returned a few bags of concrete and a pallet. I went through 5 employees starting at the return desk. All incompetent, unable and unwilling. Just passing me on to somebody else. Christine, both hands full and obviously busy, stopped and asked if she could help. Christine stuck with me and the process until it was done. Christine made it happen!!!

We had to replace our dishwasher and we were not looking forward to the process but as we got there Nora made it extremely easy and had a nice personal approach to find what we specifically needed

Store was clean. Staff was stale and unavailable. Eye contact is non existent. A great place to shop if you know what you need and do not want to be bothered by employees. Don't expect to be offered help or assistance. On anything. Want to feel like you don't matter? Come inside. Want to be made to feel dumb? Right this way. Do you have questions about a home improvement project? Leave with more questions than you came in with! Do you like feeling like the third wheel? Talk to any employee! If you are looking for a place to anonymously purchase home improvement items without having to physically see anyone and if you do be lightly insulted by them - this is your place! A quick course in self checkout will help you to not be insulted and will expedite your shopping experience.

Home depot employees have always gone above and beyond in their friendly attitude and desire to help. I have yet to have a bad experience in the Sandpoint store.

The customer service in the paint department is excellent! Knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Purchasing paint samples are helpful when choosing a color.

I worked with Amethyst in Millworks to order windows and purchase doors for a residential build job. I made changes to the order several times and Amethyst took it all in stride and even commented that she knows how stressful it is to build, so she tries to make her part as stress-free as possible. She succeeded and is very much appreciated.

I shop at this Home Depot often and every time is just a great experience. Store just has a welcoming happy vibe about it it makes you comfortable and happy to shop there.

Just wanted to give a shout out to your employees. There is an awesome crew that work here and always ready to help. At the end of my run through the store, there’s Dianne who puts out the extra effort every time to make sure I found what I came for and sends me off with a smile...can’t beat the place.

Wish it weren't so far away, I would rather go right by the CDA store to drive to Sandpoint. Sandpoint store is cleaner, more organized, and employees are more helpful.

My experience with returning a number of items (after having purchased most of our home building supplies at this location) was very frustrating (2 friendly cashiers and 1 apathetic) until Katelyn at the Pro X desk helped to complete the return process. She was persistent, helpful, professional and kind (best of all, successful).

When I signed up for this I never thought this had a limit what's the deal? This is the email I just got: "You have saved your Maximum annual benefit at The Home Depot using your Military Discount. Your annual savings benefit has now been met and will reset at the beginning of the upcoming calendar year."
