Bought this to replace my 29yr old hot water tank

Taylor, in appliances, was so helpfu! So much so, that I called the store back to let them know. Nothing like a broken washing machine in your rental that is 2 states away on Christmas day. Thankfully, Taylor, in the Sandpoint Idaho store saved the day and helped me get one ordered over the phone and it will be delivered in a few days.

Every time I go to this store the people are very helpful and returns are a breeze.

We have a remodel project and Terry at the Pro-desk has been an outstanding asset to this store. Always helpful and friendly. Follows through with calls to make sure everything went well. Actually all the employees at this location are attentive and friendly.

we needed a generator and you had them in stock and a good one too at a affordable price. We have always had a good experience with Home Depot in sandpoint the people are friendly and good to work with makes you feel comfortable.

I bought a few bags of Red Mulch and they covered the area I wanted and added some color too!!

I'm surprised looking at the review on line that most are one star. This is not my experience at all. Almost always I can get help in figuring out my projects - plumbing, concrete, electrical. Usually my projects are way over my head so the help is needed and appreciated. Maybe one out of 5 visits I can't get much help so minus one star for that but if I were perfect then I could expect perfection in others. I also had ready help loading the 4,800 lbs of concrete I bought, which saved my back a lot of strain.
