Everything I needed in just a few short minutes and at a good price

I am so glad I found Bonnie working in hardware on my visit to this Home Depot. I was looking for very specific, small hardware items, but also a certain-size cut of lumber. Bonnie not only knew exactly where the hardware was that I needed, and walked me right over to them, but then she also accompanied me to lumber, helped me find exactly what I needed and didn't leave until she knew I was completely satisfied with what I was leaving the store with. She was great!

You have great employees. Wonderful shopping experience!

Being in So. Cal., I went to pick up a rain barrel to conserve water to use to water plants. I found them easily in a main aisle and was on my way.

I've shopped at Home Depots for over twenty years and visited many from San Diego, south and north and the Santee store is by far the best. You really feel welcome, and if you need help there is someone there, SOON and stays with you till your good. Over and over I've been impressed with the customer service. That's KEY in hiring people that are service oriented and caring. That alone will bring you business. It also shows in the upkeep of the store and it's layout. Great store. Love the clearance items right now. Looking at appliances I encountered Denise, she was so nice and helpful. I really appreciated all her time she spent with me giving me information and help. What a good member of your team. I will be back to get my fridge from her! Thank you!

Great customer service in the appliance department and love the prices

The staff are wonderful. I was approached by 2 different people within the first 5 minutes of being in the store politely offering assistance. When I checked out, the cashier saw how heavy my items were (I'm pretty petite) and had a gentleman already waiting for me outside to help load my car. Always a great experience at the Santee Home Depot!

THE HOME DEPOT IN SANTEE, CA IS VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERINCE WHILE SHOPPING. THE BEST PART IS CHECKING OUT, THE MORNING CHECKERS ARE TOP NOTCH FRIENDLY. THANKS

I went to buy another tomato plant and some single packets of fertilizer. I was able to find both products very easily.

We are doing a lot of projects on our house so we rely a lot on the knowledge of the Home Depot associates. While sometimes you may have to wait to talk to one they are very knowledgeable and willing to give you help and share there knowledge. I could go on but will leave it at this: The Santee Home Depot is the best home improvement.

I was purchasing a bathroom vanity and needed delivery. An associate helped setup my delivery, and even went onto Homedepot.com to see if direct shipping to my home would be a better deal than the store delivery fee. We ended up opting for the delivery out of the store because I needed more flexibility on the delivery date. Overall, very good experience.

Im doing a bathroom plumbing repair replacing the faucet and the pipes. The associate helped me find the proper aisle to find a drain extention to fit in the trap. The stuff the associate recommended was exactly what I needed.

We originally went in for a little light bulb...and came out with a receipt for a new stove! Our 20-year old stove wasn't heating to the correct temperature, and we decided to look around while we were there. We talked with Laurie, in kitchen designs, about the different brands of gas stoves and after weighing the pros and cons we decided on an LG convection oven. There were problems with the computers and we had to move three times to get our order set up, but Laurie was great - she was friendly, knowledgeable, and apologetic. We finally had to go up front and after working with Jesse, the manager, and Caterina we got everything done. They were great too. They all took an awkward situation and made it enjoyable. It takes great customer service to pull that off. We can't wait for our new gas stove. Thank you for the help.

This is the friendliest home Depot and staff ask if you need help with anything while there. It is easy to check out as they have enough registers open. If they get rushed they will open more registers or employees at special order will call you down to check out.

I was very pleased that I could find what I needed and got back home to finish my project.

santee garden department usually seems to have the best selection of plants of all the home depots in my area that I have been to........it is my to go store for my garden needs.

We came in to purchase several new appliances. Both associates we dealt with were very knowledgeable and professional. Christian in appliances helped make it a very successful visit.

Store easy to browse, self checkout easy to use. Store personnel not familiar with Floodstop products, did not have these in stock. Was looking at troubleshooting info for these devices, mine is for the icemaker on the fridge. Interesting products as I browsed -

The store was clean, but the most important aspect was the great costumer service. The workers really care about you and do their best to help. I will recommend this store to any person who looks for great quality service.

Home Depot is my most favorite place to shop. After 40+ years in the building trades this is my Disneyland, things are easy to find they carry everything and if it is not in the store you can sit at the computer , buy what you need and in a fewdays its at your front door

The store was very clean, and everything was all at an easy access and easy to find.

After purchasing an over-the-range microwave at another store, and finally canceling the order due to many problems, I went into Home Depot to begin the process again. I wish I would have gone here in the first place! The sales associate ( Christian Pena) was extremely helpful and I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Arranging for installation was quick and easy, very unlike my previous experience. I would absolutely recommend this Home Depot to everyone.

The store was clean and everything was in order. I had no trouble finding what I needed. The associate who helped me was pleasant and a delight to do business with. All in all a satisfying experience that I look forward to repeating soon.

The Management in this store is great, most of associates are knowledgeable and very helpful, women are fast and more patient. There is always good choice in products, service people as well - I have quite a few favorite associates there. Overall I am very happy with shopping in this store.
