While the store was crowded because of black Friday sales it was still easy to move about the store even with narrow aisles. Help was available and friendly

Was looking for a product and came across hearing an employee asking customers if they had any questions, his name was David Caleaterra, so I had a question and he walked me right to my product and continued to educate me more on it, I have never had such fine service as I did with David, kind, helpful and happy to help, in fact he stated that his job was his passion.If I have any concerns in the future , I will certainly tract down David

I purchased a Glacier Bay RND HET Toilet, took it home and replaced the one that I had. Hadn't ever done this before, but was overall very easy! Purchased quite a few paint supplies but I felt they were a bit over priced. Paint, paint brushes, pans, 9" roller frames etc.

I HAVE SHOPPED HERE MANY TIMES BUT THIS TIME I NEED APPLIANCES SO I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED SERVICE FROM BRIEN KASS WHO ALSO WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. . I GIVE THIS STORE 0255 AND BRIAN KASS AN A1 RATING .

EASY PARKING, SHORT WALK TO STORE. VERY COURTEOUS EMPLOYEES. PICKUP AT STORE VERY CONVENIENT.

They do not care about wearing masks and therefore their customers. Many customers are being allowed to spread disease and death at this store.

During these very difficult times, Home Depot on Cattleman Road has come through for me time and time again. I am unable to shop in-store and the ability to purchase online for curbside pick-up has been wonderful. I have purchased this way since March 2020 and this store has been more than accommodating and quick to bring out my order. Some items are labeled ' in-store purchase only' however I have called the store directly and been able to purchase for curbside pick-up. Thank you Hope Depot.

I like this store because is close to my house in Sarasota but some manager(Scott) can be very rude. Just find out if we return stuff without receipt we won't get the full refund, this is a policy that home depot don't display up front when you return extra stuff that you don't need anymore. For me this is a rip-off policy. I hope home depot change this policy.

I have been in Sarasota Fl. since 1979 and have seen this store go through many upgrades and and once a signature one that made it a pilot for other new Home Depots . Still the Best !

This store is great. I moved here 10 years ago and bought a house. It needed lots of work and Home Depot was my go to place. It still is. I can usually find whatever I'm looking for and if I can't find it, someone is usually nearby to take me right to it.

My cashier Richard was extremely courteous and pleasant.
