I bought all of the blue pine material that the store had in stock prepaid for it to pick up will call. I was called a few days before pick up and told that they had sold some of my material. I actually needed all of the material I paid for to complete a project. The lack of care will cause me a huge inconvenience and more time that I don’t have. when picking up the material the person operating the forklift stated they were certified and then per proceeded to load the material on one side of the trailer, not centered and with some wonky set up, please see the picture. This is unsafe however their worker was more interested in being right which he wasn’t then being safe or taking care of customer concerns.

If you want to build anything (potato cannon) the Home Depot is the place to do it.

I found all of the Christmas decorations I was looking for at Home Depot and they were in ample supply! Poinsettias, pathway, candy, cane, lights, batteries, etc. everybody was very friendly and helpful as well. I love this store!

Black Friday shopping & I couldn't be more pleased with the great service the employees at this store always give. So friendly, outgoing and very helpful! Waiting in line I told an employee that I was there for the poinsettias for our Boy Scout Troop & he went in and gathered the amount I needed into carts & told me where to find my cart once the doors opened! Above & beyond!

No one available or to speak to regarding my delivery date set back a whole week. I purchased my appliances prior to Black Friday which was supposed to delivered on 12/3/25. I was informed via voicemail that the delivery would arrive 12/5/25. Now I received an email stating delivery will not be until 12/12/25. This is totally unacceptable and a disservice to me. I am without a washer & dryer which is desperately needed. I called the store and was informed I could not even go to the warehouse to pick up the appliances myself.

I love going to the Home Depot in the Pavillions, Scottsdale. But I like all Home Depots so I am an unabashed fan of HD. Keep on keeping on, doing what you are doing so well.

The best service and personal contact in all home depot in valley

We stopped at a Home Depot store in our way home, that isn’t the one we regularly go to. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with employees& offered their help. We were shown to the kitchen appliances & the Department manager came over & offered her help. She answered all our questions & explained the difference of a garage refrigerator. IT was a little more expensive than I wanted to spend , but she took an extra $50 off the price! She was terrific! As many times , which is a lot over the past 35 years that I’ve been in Home Depot in Scottsdale , have I been treated so kindly , & efficiently. As I was at the store on Indian Bend ! Thank you everyone for your kindness!

After seeing a large tear in the box side, I asked for the box to be opened for a quick check. I was encouraged to take home a microwave with visible damage on its box by employee saying “you can return it if it’s damaged but it looks like the box did its job and everything is fine”. It was the only one of its type in stock. When I opened the box at home, the microwave was visibly damaged. I returned it and no replacement was available. An order was placed for the product and I paid for delivery the next day. I was standing in my yard for the 10 minutes either side of the attempted delivery (while watching the tracking app) when the driver claimed the delivery failed. Without any contact, the driver aborted the delivery. No attempt was made to deliver the packages later in the day and the product has yet to be delivered. This entire process, both in store and the delivery, has been disappointing and discouraging. This HD is <2 miles from my home and was my regular store until now. I’m now 3 store visits and >2hrs collectively on the phone without any remedy

Julie was AMAZING at customer service!! I unfortunately opened a Home Depot credit account for the savings and she helped maneuver through the shopping pass but what I ordered with free shipping has been in limbo for almost a week and no movement yet. I would have bought something else if I knew the shipping would be so slow! I could have done without the credit card if I won’t trust buying anything online!

During this visit, I purchased a home refrigerator. Mike Reed did a great job explaining the options of the refrigerator, optional extended warranty insurance, removal fee, and delivery.

You'll be hard pressed to find a more friendly/helpful HOME Depot

I live at this store. Everyone is great from the greeters to the cashiers. Ozzy in plumbing is outstanding at understanding a situation, and coming up with quality resolutions.

Home Depot value their customers and ensures employees are committed to being helpful, knowledgeable and takes an interest in your projects.

I love the Scottsdale HomeDepot because it is so clean, organized and friendly people. Even the parking lot is kept spotless...............

It's so great when you have a problem and someone has a solution. That was my experience at Home Depot. This store has amazing, knowledgeable employees. So helpful.

I found this location to have the exact products i needed and the staff to help retrieve them. Had a problem with an item and it was quickly exchanged with no issues. Will be back.

Made online order for Lumber concrete and drywall with plenty of days before requested delivery date. I was notified at 7:30 PM before my delivery day that It was canceled and rescheduled for the next day after I needed it. Called store and they said couldn’t be changed. I paid an extra $20 to have it delivered in the morning on day I needed it. They did not give me a refund. Had to reschedule subs that night.

I needed a sink cartridge and they sent me to isle 20 and called the plumbing guy to come over and help. Instead of him helping he tried to get me to use the book to reference the part I was looking for. He told me if the end didn't fit into the holes in the reference manual that Home Depot didn't have the part then he left. I went outside in the parking lot and googled the part and found out that Home Depot did have it and went back inside and got someone else to help find the part I needed.

Stopped in with my son who is 2 to buy a few plants and soil. We peeked at the Halloween decor and then hit the garden center. Sharon was out there and was very friendly and interactive with myself and my son. Was helpful with her suggestions and helped make the visit more personable. The male cashier there that day was also great. We were greeted when we entered the store. This location has always been my favorite one to visit for goods.

Customer service is terrible. Products missing parts evry single time I buy something. I've now learned to open everything in store before purchasing

Ava C and Steve S. at the HD on Indian Bend and the 101 were amazing help to me. I needed to re-key three locks which I had with me and only Steve in the whole of Scottsdale was able to accomplish this while I waited.

Hey kids that work st this store, act like you care. Help the customers instead of checking your phone or looking the other way or copping a bad attitude when someone asks for help. Once the robots figure out how to stock shelves, y'all are done.
