Very efficient floor & cashier staff. Because of the size of the store, I depend upon the Orange Aprons for directions.

The item I needed to order was my primary focus. The store's appearance has been historically good but since this is a home improvement store my concern about the store's appearance is much less important to me than the product or service I need. On this visit and others the employee was very helpful and courteous. The product (window shade) was one I needed to place a special order for. All was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

I asked a Home Depot employee in the garden area if they had any Barrel Cacti. He responded "I wouldn't know". Really? You are standing IN the garden area. He did not offer to find someone who could help. Also, at checkout, their system would not take credit cards with a chip in them. Who has a credit card without a chip?? ALL credit cards have the chip now. I had to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to purchase one small plant. People were so getting very upset!! The cashier was nice. It wasn't her fault.

I always have a good experience when I shop at this store. Everyone is always helpful, the store is close and convenient for me, and they almost always have what I'm looking for. I love that they have a resident cat in the garden area. He's so sweet and always makes me smile!

I brought a lamp with me to the store that I thought needed new wiring/switching. The associate took the time to test the lamp and tell me I didn't need new wiring/switching - this man went above and beyond customer service - EVERY time I have been in that store was a positive experience -

I have gone to your main competitor here in Scottsdale and I much prefer traveling farther to your store at 9170 E Talking Stick Way. Every time I have been in this store if I needed help I was assisted very quickly. The store is kept clean and very well organized. I don't usually have too much trouble finding what I need but if I have questions I am helped in a timely fashion. Thank you.

We needed and got assistance in plumbing supplies and window covering. Both sales associates helped us buy the items we needed and took the time to listen to us.

While there were too few attendants available today, mid-day Friday, eventually I was shown the very product I wanted and it's installation explained to me. The lady at the check-out was very friendly and exceedingly helpful. That made my experience at Home Depot worth the wait.

I was helped by a few associates while I was there, it was an awesome atmosphere very positive and helpful. Chris was very cheerful and most likely was the reason I stayed quite a while in deciding which flowers to purchase. I came in expecting to purchase a few petunia's, however he said to come into the Garden area as "we just received some beautiful petunias and snap draggons". I ended up 6 1 gallon snap dragons Ranunculas and lots of petunia's. I would have missed out on all the beautiful flowers for my Easter Garden if he didn't mention to look at the new stuff as he was watering the out front of the store flowers. Great attitude and demeanor! I feel the same way about your customer service department they go above and beyond. This is why I travel 15-20 minutes to this store where I live a half a block away from a Lowes Store. There is no comparison to the Associates demeanor and attitude

The store associates are very good, especially at the contractor's desk.

Went in to buy a new grill that I check the night before on their website for availablity to make sure they had them in stock. I arrived and rented the Load/Go truck and asked for the grill and took off to get some steel shelving for my garage while they said they were getting the grill. I went and loaded my shelves on a cart and went back to the return desk and they said they couldnt find the grill anywhere so I helped the 2 associates and we found them stacked back in roofing supplies, not a big deal as it was my day off.

2:30 pm tool dept help , scarce. fork lift driver was hard to access , everyone involved was pleasant . cashier Charolette was very friendly and helped my experience to improve

Special order help with ordering one bundle of shingles

Doug in Hardware was the associate that helped me find what I needed in the store today! I was excited to find a tool tote that actually rolled like a suitcase making it much easier for me to handle being of smaller stature. He was immediately available and made me feel what I was needing was the most important duty he had that day!

Home Depot had the outdoor carpeting that I was looking for and were quick and courteous to measure the area to be carpeted. They were right on time and I didn't have to wait for them. The price was reasonable, as was the installation price. I will do business with them in the future.

I was greeted and helped promptly. Bob was very helpful and helped me get everything ready to install laminate flooring.

The associates are always friendly and helpful, take me to the product I need and assist with the selection. The cashiers are also friendly and appreciative. Said "Thank you for your service", when I showed her my Military ID.

Very clean, large aisles, associates readily available and knowledgeable. Good prices, fully stocked items.

I have always had a great experience at this store when shopping here whether it be for paint, electrical fixtures, cleaning supplies or just a minor replacement piece for something broken. The associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and bright and they always have just what I need. Thank you Home Depo

Since I live in 2 places, I was trying to put together a carpeting order for my Arizona residence. Since my stay this time around in Arizona was so short, KEN DUNCAN in Flooring helped put my order together quickly and make arrangements for the parts of the order in which I will be back in Chicago. He was very efficient and helpful. Thanks, Ken, for making my stressful chore of getting this order done much easier!!

Typically this is the only store I have to visit when I have a project; that saves time! Items are usually kept in the same place. Once you become familiar with he product locations, you can get what you need in a minimum amount of time. I really like that and apposed to a store like Sams Club or CostCo. I also like the different quantities available for the same product, which usually means you don't have to over-buy a specific item needed.

Charlotte at the lumber checkout is awesome and friendly. Grace is very knowledgeable and helpful. The store layout is challenging, and this is the one Home Depot I have a hard time finding things at. Even some of the signs are incorrect. During my single interaction with the manager, he was more concerned with his football discussion than with the customer who had to wait to purchase a $200 gift card. Not good service and not acceptable. Fortunately the two employees previously mentioned did not learn customer service from him.

I was in and out very quickly, I had to ask 2 associates for location of 2 different items and both knew right were I need to go.. Overall experience was great.. Cashier meet me with a smile on my face and was very professional.

Working on the new Harkins Camelview theater at Scottsdale Fashion... it's nice to know that just a few miles away is a Home Depot. Our needs were very diversified but totally covered in the isles of the Home Depot store. We appreciate how quick and easy it is to find things and how every associate knew the which isle you needed to go to for the specific request. Thanks for a great experience during our project.

Warren brought to my attention the availability of the rental truck. It could have saved me a lot of money had I been able to do it. At every juncture; Warren was trying to make my project easier and less expensive.......all while my 5 year old was making herself quite the distraction. good customer service is largely a thing of the past. Warren made me feel like I was in an old school hometown hardware store. The experience literally had me smiling out the door. I felt compelled to shake his hand and thank him as I left.
