Patty in flooring is amazing. She helped us purchase blinds for our entire home. We will go back to the store just to say to her! She was patient, knowledgable, professional, kind, welcoming and great with our whole family (we went in with our two dogs and 8 month old). She was accessible and communicative on the phone and in person and sent us everything exactly when she said she would. Would recommend her and this store to anyone who asks us.

HD ALWAYS HAS A VARIETY ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM. THAT MAKES LOOKING FOR SPECIFIC ITEMS ALWAYS REWARDING. I DON'T LEAVE EMPTY HANDED.

Home depot had a good selection of what we were looking for and the prices was comparable to other stores. Receiving a military discount on the purchase always helps. I look for organizations that offer mil discount always. .

I had a great experience with John in appliances on Thursday evening. He went above and beyond to create a welcoming experience and meet our needs.

Bought decking from the shelf to be delivered. The date of delivery called and well they said they don’t have any. They sold the product that I had already paid for!!! The guy and the manager hung up on me. Another one I talked to gave me a minimal discount from price and said would have a week later. Nope, still no decking and nothing else has been done and apparently nothing was done to rectify this throughout the week. No customer service in store had to practically pull a person to even do delivery part. If I could give a zero I would!!!!! And moving forward, still no decking or any type of compensation.

once my install is completed i will be done with this store. Someone there needs to get a clue. HORRIBLE

I purchased a fire alarm on 4/27 online WG35514390. However this item was faulty and it had to be return. My wife came in with the fire alarm and other items that needed to be return on 4/30. Tara was notified that we had a receipt for the fire alarm but not the remaining items. Tara issued us a money card for the all the items which we did not want. Stephanie was called over to help, she took the 78 dollar money card from us with the receipt. She then charged us AGAIN for the fire alarm #3404 00021 93290 and then refunded the charge immediately # 3404 00021 93316 and then gave us a 7 dollar money card. We have checked our statements we have 1 refund and 2 charges. I don't feel that i should have to fight the credit card people to fix this mistake.

This store is clean Isle are clear. Always stocked, I have never been in and they didn't have what I needed. Everyone always asks if you are being helped, and if not they are always willing to help,if they can they will find someone that can . Always greet you with a smile when entering and always a smile when you leave . The associate in window shades should be fired he was rude and sold me a shade he knew it would not fit my window so I had to go back to the store only to have him tell me I accepted the shade it was my fault!!!! He knew it was not going to fit my window he should have not sold it to me! I had my old shade and explained that is what I wanted and he said they do not make them like that anymore! Well went to Lowe’s and was able to get just what I wanted! He should be fired! He watched me walk out of the store an unhappy person! I also called the store to complain!

The Seabrook location does not appear to have a mask mandate. An employee came up to me while I was looking at products and decided to take off his mask and talk to me. This is absolutely unacceptable right now.

Difficult to find employees with knowledge about the products if you are able to find anyone to assist you at all.

I can't say enough good things about my shopping experience at Home Depot when installing a new floor in my home. Patty in flooring was very knowledgeable with all aspects of her dept., she was patient, kind and made the whole process go very smoothly from start to finish.

I purchased a 8 year battery. It died in less than 11 months. I brought it back to exchange. They credited my account for the battery but when I went to purchase another they wanted to charge me a core charge.

Store team very helpful. Everyone needs guidance since no one is expert in everything when it comes to Home Improvement. I can easily find what I need, unlike going across the street, where things are not organized. Thanks for keeping the shelves stocked.

My first time making a purchase at the Seabrook location and wont be my last. I found the store employees from the "help in the aisles person" to the cashier and a Customer Service Rep. to be exceptionally helpful and courteous. This particular store stands out for many good qualities that I found while shopping for a number of different items.

Good store. Bit unorganized trying to match lighting fixture light bulb numbers with light bulbs in lightbulb isle

This store is full of incompetent employees. I have had 2 different order issues over the past 2 years where employees can't seem to fill orders or find answers to items I have ordered like "where is my order"? Mnagement will not ansewers calls forwarded to them. Customer service hung up on me three times because I guess I was on hold too long. Given the unemployment rate, you would think people with half a brain would be working there. I will never shop home depot again because this store has proven that corporate doesn't care about its consumers. If I was to have my way, the Seabrook location would be re-staffed and management replaced. This is not MacDonalds, hire some people with some intelligence.

Best service ever.

This is the most service oriented Home Depot store that I have visited. The employees help one another in order to help their customers and they do it with a sincere caring attitude for one another and above all for the customer.

Much better than Lowe’s!!!
