Buying an appliance can be a stressful thing. This was the best experience I had when visiting the Home Depot. David in appliances was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product and what I would need. He went above and beyond and made the experience a good one! Thank you David!

Found fuel filters and replacement fuel lines for recalcitrant lawn mower and string trimmer. Everything was in stock. My only complaint is that the parts were in three different displays rather than a single display focused on tune-up parts for small engines.

Tonight I was more than happy with my visit to your Seabrook. Kudos to both Jessie and Steve. I really couldn't have done it without Jessie

Always have what I need at the right price. Mona is quick to help at check out and always cheerful. Mr Irving is very knowledgable and knows where everything is. Everyone is friendly and quick to help..

The products were very easy to find. I also found the Associates to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Every time I go into the store I'm treated with respect by a courteous professional associate,If an associate doesn't have the answer to a question that I have they find It!

I came in to buy an electric mower. I used the QR scan code to look up more information & found this quite useful in making my decision to buy. It was also nice that the price was lowered by $100! After making my decision, I needed help getting the mower into a cart & out of the store and into my car. The store associate, Courtney, was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. It was a nice experience to have on such a hot, humid day.

It makes little sense that stores not involved in food production or serving ban leashed animals. Those who work during the week like spending time with our fur kids on the weekend, and leaving them in a hot car in the summer is not an option. We also used the Home Depot during Boston's extreme winter for exercise, as it's a big area with lovely wide aisles, a safe, well-lit environment and friendly staff. I'm sure I purchased something each time I was in simply because I saw it on the shelves during my walk. Front of store staff keep dog cookies in their aprons or at the registers and always make a fuss over Monty. This policy is one of the main reasons we shop at Home Depot. Thank you.

There is also a Lowes store a short distance up the road that I sometimes go to if I can't find what I'm looking for at HD

I was looking at purchasing a lawn tractor. It took over 40 minutes for an associate to help me as they were busy "chatting" with each other. The store was not busy, just no one to help. When some one finally came to help, they knew nothing about the tractors, and said there was no one available but he would try to find the manager but that could take a while.

great price on the 100 ft hose. Also store was very clean , needed stuff for an overhang to protect fan for heating sistem thats mounted outside and is sujject to the weather. Found what i needed it worked perfectly

It was raining cats & dogs the day I visited, so the store was a bit chaotic, but the staff was in a great temperament to be helpful. They were courteous, even friendly, but always professional. You could tell that they wanted you to make the most out of your visit.

I frequent the local home depot quite regularly. Often I ask for help from associates to find the item or items I am seeking. I find that almost 100% of the time they are friendly,helpful and if they cannot answer your questions they will find someone who can! I love the self-check out,& there is always someone there to help if you mess up.

I found everything I needed and checkout was fast. I had previously dealt with the pro desk which was very good overall and was helped with everything I needed.

The products were easy to find but when my fiance and I had a question there were hardly any associates around to help besides cashiers. One of the cashiers stopped an associate who was walking by to help and he pretty much refused to help us because it was not in his department, this individual was wearing some kind of a cow boy hat, and he didn't even look at me when I tried to explain what we needed help with. It was literally one question. Needless to say I am extremely dissatisfied with this visit. I've gone to the NH store recently for two reasons: 1. The Danvers MA store is almost the same distance from my home than the Seabrook NH one. 2. I save on sales tax. I have never had a bad experience in any of the Home Depot's in Mass. I may never go back to he NH store, I do not recommend that store to anyone.

The employees are always super nice. I have never had a bad experience. Some employees we even know on first name basis. Im always in and out of there with my kids they love the store as much as I do.

This was the first time I did a propane tank exchange at Home Depot. Once the cashier in the store explained the process to me I was flabbergasted by how simple the process is and how convenient the 24 hour availability is!

While purchasing a gas grille at the Seabrook Home Depot I was struck by the friendliness and helpful sales associates. I was asked several times by different associates if they could help.me and the associate who did help went out of his way to help me find my purchase.

Everything I needed I found with no problems. Whenever I need assistance, there is always a smiling face ready to help me! I always enjoy coming to this store!!
