Best of all the stores in Pinellas County

The store is pretty well laid out with an occasional relocation of some items. Staff are always friendly and ready to help customers and seem very knowledgeable or ask other associates if they don't know the answers. Some of the same staff have been here many years which is also nice. The store is always clean including the restrooms, which is a big deal to me.

Friendly customer service

I ordered a Ridged nail gun combo online and picked it up in store. I must say the service was excellent. I also returned an item I purchased at another location and was done with both of those transactions in just a few minute. Top-Notch service at this store.

I have had excellent service at this store every time I’ve gone in. From buying a generator, garden supplies and even finding the right garbage disposal. I love this store and it’s employees.

The greeters name was Pat and she truly knows her stuff at home depot. She organized and helped us find the perfect patio furniture and plants. Even while helping us she multi tasked and helped others all at the same time and she really made going to this particular home depot worth going to.

Exceptional customer service from employees and manager at this store. I purchased (3) 2 in faux wood blinds and as a retired military I expected to receive the normal 10% discount. But, at checkout I was advised that the stock blinds distributed by Home Depot did not qualify. How could that be! I called when I got home and was advised that I should bring the receipt in and my military ID and I would be given the discount. When I returned to the customer service area I was treated very well by the staff, but was unable to be credited the discount. I asked to speak to the manager and he too was unable to give me the discount after multiple attempts to bypass the system. Great customer service by staff and manager. Just can't figure out why these blinds area so special as to not qualify for military discount.

The Home Depot is a one-stop store..everything from mechanical to home decor to garden, always find what I need. Great customer service and providers.

This location has the nicest and most friendly, down to earch associates! I don't hestitate to ask for help or ask questions and they never make me feel like an interruption. I have been in other hardware stores that made me feel like I was distracting them from stocking the shelves.

Big turnover in employees, yet they keep trying their best to hire and keep the customers happy.

I'm very cautious about rating businesses because there is always room for improvement. I shop at store #6304 because it's convenient & usually stocks adequate supply of items I use. The problem, of late, with Home Depot is that their employees seem to have little input to upper management as to what products should be stocked. Home Depot(HD) appears to have surrendered its inventory stock allowances to some "new age" theory that alludes reasonable sense. One example, why did HD eliminate 3/16 inch X 1-1/2 inch stainless steel eye bolts from its lineup? I suppose I need to query some Wharton whiz kid for the solution. Overall, store # 6304 provides a good shopping experience with knowledgeable associates that are used to me "inventing on the fly" to solve a conundrum. A hammer has 2 ends, one may be more used but the other is adaptable.

For years been dealing with Home Depot and always will . Their one of the few that gives Veterans a nice little discount. Thank You Home Depot.
