I went to this store to shop for flooring with my daughter ( a new homeowner). We walked the isles up and down. Any employees we saw were engaged with other employees. Other shoppers were looking for help and a young man walked past both of us. No employees asked if we needed any assistance. An employee walked between me and my daughter with a cart full of empty boxes,hecould have walked around us. However had he offered us help i would not have wanted to deal with him as his appearance and hygiene was atrocious. Got to customer service and 3 supervisors were discussing a customer on the phone. I excused myself to interrupt and told the man in charge how customer service is a joke. The cashier reached down and petted my service dog that had a red vest identifying him,this happens during Covid.

sales people are frendly. and very clear on helping you out / they don't run away and hide if they can;t help you.they will tell you they don't know,and to me thats just great.......

well stocked and very convenient location...always left with all I need.

Ruth in the paint department is amazing at giving advice about any painting project! I seek her out any time I need help choosing a color, a type of paint, or even the best brush for the job. She is very knowledgeable and a super sweet person! Thank you Ruth, for saving me hassle when I undertake painting projects!

The store was clean and neat. Everytime I visit this location, I notice cashier< rebecca, diligently sweeping and sanitizing the registers while still being attentive and kind to customers. She tries to save money for every customer asking about military discounts and credit card application explaining all the benefits. SHe is very patient and seems to genuinely enjoy working with her customers. It is truly refreshing!

Store employees are very friendly and helpful, espcially, Rebecca, cashier. She was very respectful and genuinely cared that I received the best cost verrifying prices for me and explaining the military discounts and benefits for military customers. She encouraged me to register for the discount and the benefits of such. It is great to see an employee who really enjoys her job and providing quality customer service.

Cashier Rebecca went above and beyond to help me retrieve an item which online showed only one left in stock, she also helped me find an associate to assist me to retrieve it off a top shelf. She reviewed benefits of the home depot charge and offered to help me apply and shared money saving information. She was very friendly and positive, a true asset to the home depot! Although the store seemed very busy at the time, it was wonderful to find an employee who truly wanted to help and cared.

The associates and cashiers are very smart, friendly and helpful. The gentlemen in the electrical department asked some poignant questions and then knew exactly They make shopping, what could be a 'chore', more of a confidence building and rewarding experience,

During our visit to the store, we were assisted by Keith who was GREAT to deal with. Very professional, carrying, knowledge and very customer service focused. Keith helped us with the purchase of the new refrigerator, made sure our inquiries were answered and assisted us with arranging the delivery. We wish every Home Depot location has someone like Keith. Absolute treasure!

I am not an avid shopper by any means. When I do go I have a list and spend as little time as possible in a store. I find the Home Depot on Seneca Street in West Seneca a store I like to shop in. I find the store clean, well-organized, and staffed with friendly & helpful employees. I am very impressed with the safety measures in place due to COVID-19.

Some emp's & mgr in this store either have their masks around their necks or not covering their noses. 2nd time in this store is a week, same situation. Spoke to someone who said she was the mgr. She said they "encouraged" emp to wear masks correctly. I spoke to this mgr earlier in an aisle looking for something. Her mask was hanging around her neck. She said she was not required to wear a mask if she was not close to someone. HD clearly does not care about the health of its' emp or customers. Do not shop at this HD store. The virus could be floating in the air next time you go there.

really inefficient store. Had to wait in 2 lines and complete 3 separate transactions to do an exchange with a receipt and purchase an additional item.

Walking into the garden gate is perfectly okay even though it says EXIT ONLY. You don't need to wear a mask in the store because the cashier says they can't enforce it. So as usual they never follow the LAW or take customers or their employees safety into account.

Well stocked, employees are knowledgeable and willing to help when needed. Clean and well maintained store and quick checkouts

Store hours on their automated telephone machine are wrong. Called ahead and the machine said the store closed at 8pm that day. Walked in the store at 5:45PM and was informed the store was closing in 15min. I couldn't get anyone to cut a piece of molding for me, so I bought a longer piece than I needed, and cut it at home. Cost me extra money and wasted wood. Didn't have time to find all the items I needed. Had to use the self checkout and didn't get my military discount. All in all a bad experience.

Home Depots by far the best for advise and selection on products.

We were just at your store. We specifically went there to purchase an 8 x 10 rug and the matching runner. We had previously looked online and found it with a price of $139. When we went to the store, the price was slightly higher at $159. We went to the customer service area to see if they would obviously honor the price we were expecting. I was appalled at the way the gentleman treated us. He literally accused us of making it all up. He was very unfriendly and rude. We purchased at the higher cost, along with the runner. I can not believe, especially in this current crisis time, that we would be treated so terrible for a $20 price reduction request. I truly hope that this is not the norm at your stores and that Home Depot would actually be trying to help their customer not insult them.

This store was great. The employees went out of there way to assist customers, they were knowledgeable and the store was clean and organized. Very pleasant shopping trip.

The associates at the customer service desk have been very helpful. An employee named Kathy always goes above and beyond. If they could duplicate her many times, all customers would benefit.

This store always has what I need for my home projects! The associates are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always courteous when I have questions. Keep up the good work Home Depot!!
