Staff Associates very friendly and engaging. I always go to HD first when I need stuff.

The personel create a friendly,comfortable atmosphere. I go there often and am never disappointed with anything except the canceling of the 5% discount of my Homepot credie card.

Store is clean. Coffee on. Man always in parking lot to help me load/unload. Lisa and Travis, Debbie too, Mike the manager, are all always there to lend EXPERT advice. They are helpful and conscientious. Travis double-checks every door order and calls in to Masonite several times to make sure the order is correct. Lisa digs through six shades of white 6-inch tile to get the RIGHT white to match what I've already purchased. She can tell me what's discontinued, only available online, can be gathered up from other nearby stores. She does the legwork. She is quick, competent, conscientious, hard-working. Mike came right up to the desk, probably expecting to deal with a problem. (We just wanted to compliment him.) It's the place to go for us. We are on our third HD Project Loan and won't go to those "other" guys.

The Associates are so positive and helpful. When I leave this store I say "Lets Do This"

I was greeted at the door and she sent me exactly to the area i need to go to. Very important for me as I'm a busy person and need to get what I need and get out. Far more helpful that the local Lowes store. I get a lot of "I don't know" there

This store was bright and open. End caps and displays were well done and well placed. I've noticed an improvement in the associates attitude and level of friendliness in the last year or so. They seem to enjoy what they do and like helping their customers a bit more then in the past. I look forward to my weekly (or more) trips to our homedepot.

I have always enjoyed shopping in this store. I Live 1 hour away but work very close to this store. I usually wait on items until I can get to this location if possible. The workers are always very polite and very knowledgeable about my needs. Several times I have been in with a project that required a unique way of completing and the sales associates have always tried to help me or offer up others ways of doing it. I love The Home Depot!

Store was great all around no complaints at all , staff was very friendly and helpfull in all aspects , great sales staff and can't say enough about Stanley J. great help with loading our purchase's electric range , and a new cub cudet rideing mower Thank's again

Mike and Tom done a great job on talking and selling my new compresser....

I needed help with a small home project to build a screened area for my cats and was having trouble understanding the options and the general terms related to the project. A sales associate quickly offered assistance and helped me learn about the options with patience and a smile on his face. Even though my project is small and relatively inexpensive, he assured me that my business and the success of my project were important to him. I went into the store very confused about how to start my project, and left much more confident that I could do it. It was a great overall store experience and I will be going back for any future home projects.

We were very appreciative of the help by Ms. Kurtz and Mac in giving us information on the stove we were looking to purchase. They answered all our questions, printed out information for us, and the only disappointment was that they were not there the next day when we went back to purchase the stove. What was great, was that the stove was an even better price the next day and no install or delivery charges. Thank you Home Depot.

As soon as I hit the doors I was greeted with a smile and was asked if I needed any assistance. While touring the isles I had a total of 3 associates asking if I needed help in finding an item. At checkout, the cashier was pleasant and asked if I found all that I needed, I walked out with a smile on my face

I have been a customer of the Seneca Store for years and I've had no problems. This time I returned an item that was incorrect. My fault. Absolutely no trouble in getting credit for it. Good store and good people.
