Shelby associates always are right there with a smile to assist. They always seem truly happy to have met customer and to have helped customer.

The staff is always so nice and always ask if they can help. Today a young man named Andrew helped us as was extremely knowledgeable. We will look for him to help the next time we need to stop at home depot.

bad customer service area . . online orders are supposed to be quick and convenient. You get there they are slower than molasses . . .cant find the order only then to be told to wait in another line for a credit to be issued to your account

Staff at the store is so helpful, especially Cashier Elaine. She was incredibly friendly and helped with using my chip card when it would not read. Very impressed she never got frustrated with my not understanding how to use it in the reader. Her pleasant attitude and friendly joking was greatly appreciated.

As we just purchased a home, we are taking on many remodeling projects ourselves. This has been an extremely enjoyable experience. We can always find what we need at our local Shelby Township Home Depot. The employees are easy to find throughout the store to assist us with our needs. It is also a friendly place, as we often see people we know, as well as engage in interesting conversations with employees and shoppers to discuss projects.

This is one of the best stores. The people are so nice and everyone always asks you if you need assistance. The cashiers are very friendly too.

Great Store, we have purchased a lot of building materials as well as home decoration items and items from the Garden department. We have received helpful advice from the associates when required. The Store is always clean and organized, even during the Holiday times.

I was very pleased with the helpful information and efforts in placing a large order of windows one particular associate from pro-desk offered me today. Very knowledgeable on many items that I wanted to get informed about it, he explained pros and cons of different style windows and materials. I will definitely return to get his advice on future orders for my new home construction.

We were given a hard time because of our service dog. The employees need training on how to respond to service dogs and their owners. I would NOT recommend going to this store!!

Ever since we moved to Rochester, we have shopped this store extensively and have done most of our remodeling with items purchased there. We have never had a problem with purchases or returms. The no interest financing programs are outstanding. Everyone is so knowlegable and helpfull. Even if I pass a competitor, I will alway keep going to this store.
