Well stocked and professionally manned.
I came to the store after having been at a different store where I did not find what I was looking for. I entered the store with directly to the department with materials that I needed and promptly found exactly what I was looking for. The check out was quick and easy, The clerk was polite and professional,in the assistance provided with loading the materials into my truck was greatly appreciated.

New Windows
I had new windows installed by Home Depot this week. The installers were very professional and fast. When they were done, they had removed all the trash. During construction they took precautions not to create any dust in the house. The house is a lot cooler now, the windows look great and are easy to operate.

Happy customer
I was shopping for an 8 foot insulated Acadia door the door guy not only found the door I need it but save me $1100 in the process couldn’t be more happy and the door is wonderful the ShowLow Home Depot is the place to shop

Outstanding Customer Service
We had an issue with a lawnmower that would not work, and returned it three days past the 30 days. My husband is a truck driver, and we were unable to return it before the 30 days had passed. Isaac Cook, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us get our refund. The other employees in the store offered me water, and offered to unload the lawnmower. This store is great! A good manager makes it that way.

HAPPY AND HELPFUL STAFF with LUPE and LELANI on 6-4-2023
I was able to buy additional flooring to complete a project from 4 years ago.
Flooring department worker LUPE knows her products and customer needs very well.
She can multi-task well.
Front End Cazhier LELANI explained about product locations and HOME DEPOT Services like credit cards, installation, and product delivery ... even though she's a cashier.
This store has friendly capable workers. THANK YOU.
