I picked the right store, I would still be looking if it wasn't for your knowledgeable staff that looking at the picture chose the correct style.

HOME DEPOT DONT HAVE INSTALLER FOR BUSINESS TO INSTALL MINI SPLITE A/C. AND HARRITAGE PLUMING CALL ME 1HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TO INFORME ME THAT THEY CAN'T INSTALL MINI SPLITE A/C TO BUSINESS.

I only had a few items and 2 of the 4 self servers were out of order and about 20 people had items to check out..none of the registers were open..TERROBLE

No problems returning items, always friendly and quick.

I think the gentleman that helped me was named Dan. He was excellent. Super Patient and kind. He walked me around and helped me pick out everything I’d need to get started. Kylie was also excellent. Thank you for the guidance!

I bought two dryers and neither of them worked. I was never compensated for having to have a plumber come three times to cap. The gas and reattach. The gas management is so poor. I felt I was treated so poorly. I was never compensated for any of the plumbing issues not a gift card nothing 6+ weeks in the dryer still in my home waiting to be removed. I have spent countless hours at the laundromat washing clothes. I am a completely dissatisfied customer words can't even express how angry I am at your company shame on you.

I made a purchase online to help speed up pickup because I was getting a garage door. 8 hours later it still wasn’t picked. Once I finally got the door and got it home I found it was damaged and had to return it for another one. Come to find out there were 4 on the shelf, 3 were damaged in shipping. Hours of lost time

The Home Depot personnel is very professional and courteous and able to help us what we wanted. She did even helped us to load the item into the truck!

I love to buy at the home depot. My four years son loves to go with me, it's already part of our history. Going again this afternoon.

I purchased a package on line a while ago and the status showed that it was deliver to Home Depot in shrewsbury but when I talked to the manager he just said we don’t know He didn’t even bother to search for it Basicly he said

I've bought appliances, plants, lights and ceiling fans and tools.

Seal for my toilet and they had them in stock.

Thanks to Tom and Julie for their combined assistance, patience, and knowledge as we selected a new refrigerator!

Customer Service was fantastic!

I went this home depot last week to purchase some home essentials items there employee really help me to found the items and I really appreciate with there good attitude.

I visit this store mutiple times in a month. I'm a handy person and so this Home Depot close to my home is may frequent shopping place to make updates inside my home. I find everything that I need here and with competitive pricing. I find all the employees are pleasant and go above and beyond to help the customers. I made friends with many of them as I visit often. Overall, a great place to shop for home improvements.

From the PRO Desk, paint, hardware, plumbing, electrical, lumber, tool rental, cashiers, customer service to janitorial, Great team! Nobody is perfect but the folks at the Home Depot work hard and build relationships with their clients. Two thumbs up.

GREAT LOCATION WITH FRIENDLY STAFF

We shop here due to the location by our house however very few of the employees are helpful. Many do not know where things are located, the basic differences in paint and will not assist us with military discount issues. Not sure if it’s lack of training or what, but it’s almost never a positive experience. Also no Apple Pay, which is inconvenient.

This store had everything I needed when I walked into the store and a huge variety of options to choose from at great prices. The sales associates were very helpful in assisting me with finding items that I was to purchase, and the specific aisles they were located on. This store was also very organized and clean.

Shrewsbury MA store does not maintain their electric shopping carts. They die mid trip.

Help cart loading and vehicle loading product. Associate was very caring and positive attitude. Excellent product knowledge. Really appreciated that he was prior military.
