The Shrewsbury (Massachusetts) store is an extremely clean, well-organized store with polite employees and helpful assistants. I absolutely love the store and always feel that I have been treated extremely well.

So many employees here offer great customer service, going above and beyond, with a very positive, friendly attitude.

Deb in hardware really went above and beyond and sets the bar high for what all employees in the customer service industry should be like. She was literally about to walk out the door with her personal belongings in hand when I asked her to cut some keys for me because I was in such a rush. She smiled and did it quickly without hesitation and I was out the door in a matter of minutes will definitely be coming back hope all employees at the store are this friendly knowledgeable and professional.

The worst part was a manager removing her mask while speaking with me and an employee. The store also had large areas in disarray and many narrow spaces you couldn't get through very well even when not worried about social distancing. Items were missing prices and some shelves were a mess. The manager who removed her mask made me extremely uncomfortable and suggests they're not taking the pandemic seriously or properly training staff and enforcing requirements, which makes me even more worried about transmission. This store was a lot better a few years ago but after this last visit, I wouldn't go back any time soon.

This store is great. The associates are friendly and always willing to help. The managers are there for both the staff and customers.

This is my favorite HD store. It’s clean, well designed (layout), and always well stocked. There’s usually enough associates available for questions, etc., and everyone has a great attitude. I also like the extensive tool rental selection, and I have never not been able to find the tool I need available.

They are very helpful. I went online and the product I wanted was in stock at a quantity of 10, and when went there there was none on the shelf. The manager was able to sell me a product that came with 500 pieces for the price of the 25 pack that I wanted.

The store is very convenient for me. I buy many different items ffrom lawn care to lumber and all inbetween. The store is usually stocked with what I need. At times when you change brands or discontinue a product it is disappointing, But it works out just fine.

Nice, capable people. Friendly. Store is clean and well organized. I strongly recommend this store - over, say Worcester or Framingham Home Depots. I go out of my way to visit this store.

I always have a good experience at this Home Depot. Of all the home improvement stores in my area, I find this the best. Staff is always helpful. I know exactly where everything is, probably from shopping at this location so much.

This store is close to my home and easy to access.

tHEY ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL

This is my primary store, only because it is larger than the Worcester store. It has better inventory for spring sales of trees and shrubs. It also seems to have more options for variety than the smaller Worcester store. The only other store I can think of that may have more options than Shrewsbury is the Auburn store, but that is a hike for me. If I want wood, I go to Shrewsbury or Auburn, if I want electric parts I go to Worcester. If I want plumbing stuff, I will go to Worcester or Shrewsbury since they might vary a little. Just have to remember the different layouts of product from store to store, they are not mirrors of each other due to size variations. Shrewsbury regularly has a greeter that tries to help you as you walk in the store. It appears to be a little cleaner and a little more well stocked than other stores.

The Shrewsbury, MA store is located in a great spot, and it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

The Shrewsbury store has been our go-to store for decades. We have done innumerable projects with Home depot supplies and contractors. Inventory always full and rarely have I not found the things I needed. Will continue to use them indefinitely.

This store is clean, well stocked with very good quality lumber and other building supplies. The store employees were also very helpful in cutting several sheets of MDO to the exact size I needed for my project. I also picked up a tube of very high quality caulking compound I had been looking for and could not find except on line. This store had plenty of tubes in stock. Also purchased some Aluminum two rung ladder jacks.

We had a great shopping experience at this store. When we needed help the store associate Hector went above and beyond to help us and multi-tasked, helping us the same time he was helping other customers. Great and very nice employee which you don’t see often!

Our Refrigerator of 13 years - a VIKING Professional - died of many failures, I had done a lot of research as to the type of replacement refrigerator that we needed BUT I just went into the store to get some supplies and at the last minute I decided to visit the appliance Dept to see their stock of refrigerators. At the Department - a salesperson named Nancy asked if she could help and fortunately I asked her about the unit that I was interested in buying. She then took the the time to intelligently and politely answer every one of my questions - and made very helpful suggestions. In fact - she was so helpful that she made it very easy for me to decide on the model and the price as we spoke. and I confidently bought the refrigerator
