I printed out several selections online from 2 different home goods stores. The Home Depot associate price matched my item just as the Home Depot policy states at the entrance. I couldn't be more thrilled with their honesty and my online research paying off.

I find what I need even if it is a substitute product. I use a lot of HD brand products. All of the employees are very helpful. It is a great place to shop for fasteners, lawn/garden/hand tools/bird feeders/seed. I probably go to Home Depot 2 or 3 times a week.

Two store associates greeted me as soon as I entered the store and asked if I needed assistance. I responded and said I needed to purchase two replacement motors for garage door openers. One of the associates immediately took me to an area and started to assist me with my purchase via the computer. At the end of the purchase another associate completed the purchase. My purchase was painless and I came away completely satisfied that the installation will go just as smoothly once my items are delivered to my residence. I was not very knowledgeable of what I needed to purchase but both associates were extremely helpful and put my mind at ease.

I came in and was lost to where I could find my items. Store associates took me right where I needed to be, answered any questions and left me alone to make my own final decision. When he saw me leaving he made sure I was comfortable with my decision and offered to explain anything I was unsure of. A perfect experience.

I would like to applaud an associate named Nebal. Not only was he helpful but he had an excellent knowledge of the store and was able to provide me with all the items I needed. Shopping was a smooth experience because of him. He genuinely wanted to help and was very enthusiastic about the job. Amazing guy in an amazing store!

BIG thank you go Jane in the Lawn & Garden department! I was shopping on my own today with my 6 month old son in his stroller. Jane recognized that I needed assistance and came right over to help. Not only did she grab a cart for us, but she pushed it and grabbed everything that I needed throughout the entire trip as well. She was very pleasant and even made sure that I was getting the best value on everything that I purchased. When it came time to check out Jane stayed by the cart so that I could grab my car for loading it up. Jane and another extremely helpful associate Christy helped load up the car. They took quite a bit of care and caution to make sure all items were loaded securely around my son's carseat. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful/not so productive shopping trip a breeze!!

This Home Depot Store gets a Gold Star from me! Greeted by such an amazing gentleman with a smile that lights up the store! I have never been greeted in any store with such joy! Truly feeling like a person, customer with value! Clearly the intention was to be sure we were welcomed, and helped to find the products we were looking for! I was escorted to the exact isle, and shelves to find what I needed! Great time saver!! Then the associate gave me information on the different choices and was willing to answer several questions! Another time saver for me! Making his knowledge of the products easier for me to decide on the right purchase! It was also refreshing to have no pressure on me to buy one product over another! Then, I was interested in looking at other products! Can I say this associate brought me to the correct isle again, and introduced me to the associate who was experienced in this area! Again a wonderful time savor, all being very polite! Overall, a great store who truly treats their customers as a priority! They want you to be well informed and will give their valued expertise freely! Thank you for making my life easier Shrewsbury Home Depot! Will be back soon, before the weather turns cooler!

I was extremely pleased with the knowledge, willingness to help, professionalism and courteousness I received from Charlie in Plumbing. As both a home owner and father of 3, I find myself at one of several retailers or shopping malls on a weekly and or monthly basis for either an appliance, electronics or home goods. I frankly cannot recall the last time that I received better service from an associate of manager as on Friday with Charlie. Charlie is both a terrific young man with a great future ahead of himself, and a terrific ambassador for Home Depot!

Store was clean, and sales associates were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Dave F and Ed from plumbing were awesome, along with Dennis from lighting. Dave even let me use his cell phone to call my husband(I left mine in the car) to get specifics about what I had to purchase.

Went in with the wife Thursday night and bought all new kitchen appliances. We went right to the appliance department where we met with "Zia". He was very polite and pretty knowledgeable, but we had already researched what the appliances were about to purchase. He did tell us a few key items that was very interesting and haven't thought of. We were there for about 2hrs and Zia stuck with us and was very patient. My wife finalized everything scheduled a delivery and cashed out quickly in the appliance dept. After that we walked out smiling. Be sure to check the H/D website under specifications "whats included" section. Ultimately we purchased additional parts to a front load washer. H?D did refund me.

I have shopped at other Home Depot stores and Shrewsbury store was exceptional. Associates were readily available, friendly , helpful and knowledgeable.

What I need, the first place I look. 'm Not professional, but I feel like one put my projects into practice.

I have had experience with the service personnel and the expediter recently for my personal needs that was very satisfactory. I also had a very successful experience in setting up a corporate account for a church. The check out people at the professional desk were very helpful and pleasant. All in all I am very pleased with the Shrewsbury store.

I dealt with about six employees to purchase a new riding mower - they cleaned it up for me, made sure everything was in working order, and helped load it on my truck. Very satisfied with all the service provided on a busy early Sunday afternoon.

I tried to get some vegetable fertilizer several markets and finally I found it at home depot, that's awesome and I think you can get everything you want from there.

I went to purchase a lawn trimmer. I had done my homework so I had a reasonable idea of what I wanted to buy. An associate was immediately available, and whatever questions he was unsure of, he immediately found information on using the internet. He assured me that I did not need as powerful a trimmer as I had thought, informed me that the store would be glad to assemble it for me, and helped me to find the one which would best meet my needs.

I AM A NOVICE AT CONTAINER GARDENING. AN ASSOCIATE WAS QUICK TO NOTICE MY CONFUSION OVER SELECTION OF PLANTING MEDIUMS AND SUGGESTED THE CORRECT TYPES TO USE. HE SAW I WAS UNABLE TO LIFT THE HEAVY BAGS OF SOIL AND QUICKLY WENT FOR A LOADING CART AND LOADING THE CART AND WITHOUT ASKING, PROCEEDED TO HELP ME WITH THE CHECKOUT AND HELPED ME TO THE CAR AND LOADED MY TRUCK. HE WAS A VERY COURTEOUS YOUNG MAN. HOME DEPOT IS ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE FOR ANY GARDEN OR HOME PRODUCTS.

I was purchasing floor tile. The store associates/cashier were all most helpful, and even loaded my truck.
