This store is clean and organized. The staffs are very helpful.

Generally, I would pass up the Home Depot and go to a Lowe's store. However, the weather conditions were such that I decided to stop in, hoping for a pleasant experience. I was truly surprised at my shopping experience! I encountered a wonderful gentleman who immediately assisted me in my purchase, then upon checkout, the assistance of Antoinette was truly a pleasure! In all the years of my personal purchases for my home, whether Home Depot OR Lowes, my checkout experience has never been better! With the help of BOTH Assistants, my shopping and purchase of my supplies was truly a highlight. Again a special note: the Checkout associate, Antoinette was helpful, fast, courteous, and most importantly didn't force me to the "self-checkout" line as some other stores.

Excellent customer service and knowledge. Visit was quick and accurate.

I was pleased to see that the associates tried hard to help me out finding a product that was not available at the spot it should be located. When they finally found it, we realize the access to the item was not easy but they went ahead and did every so I finally got I I wanted. Good job, Guys! Excellent attitude!

Everything was easy to find. Only issue was i couldnt get a piece of PVC pipe cut.

The customer service at Home Depot is second to none. Even when I know what I am looking for and I know the details about the product, I seek a second opinion from a in store representative. I can say I can find an associate anywhere for help if needed.

I'm in HD at least 3x's a week and I can always find what I need or have an associate point me in the right direction. Always friendly familiar faces ready to help me with any brainy DIY ideas I have.

I was installing my first garbage disposal as a DIY project. The associate in the Plumbing Department was most helpful steering me towards what I needed and what I didn't need and not trying to do any upselling. When helping me locate that parts I needed he walked right to them and handed them to me with an explanation that focused on the task at hand. As I was checking out there was a licensed plumber in front of me and noticing what I had in my basket he said I had just what was needed...which was reassuring feedback I think if I had asked for a two-pronged left handed widget, the Home Depot Associate could have told me what aisle it was in and the cost of it. My feedback was also given to one of the Supervisors on shift.

I was in the Garden center. The place was clean and well stocked.

but could put more products like other home depot stores...

I have gone into the store numerous times not knowing what I need. The salesman help when I need but there is such a big selection I can usually find what I need.. If the store doesn't have what I need, the store can tell me the best way to get it on line.

This store is very convenient to my home. It is VERY seldom that I can not find the items that i'm looking for. Product pricing is competitive. The store is clean and easily navigated.

I GO TO THIS STORE FOR ALL MY BUILDING AND UPGRADE NEEDS AND NEVER HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE, THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS NEAR AND ABLE TO ASSIST ME WHEN I NEED GUIDANCE.

THIS SILVERLAKE STORE IS THE BEST BY FAR IN THE HOUSTON/PEARLAND AREA. I HAVE GONE TO SEVERAL LOCATIONS AND THEY JUST AREN'T ORGANIZED AND CLEAN AS THIS LOCATION. WHO EVER THE MANAGER IS OF THE SILVERLAKE STORE IS, KUDOS TO HE AND HIS STAFF.

When I go to this location I know the item I seek with help me with my hardware needs. And sometimes I even pick up more items.

When I visit this store I am always able to find the items I seek.

II returned an item and it was very simple. Great!

I always find what I need. If they don't have it the associates tell me when it will be in stock.
