This location is usually well stocked with whatever you need or want.

Representative was amazing. Assisted me during my entire shopping. I experienced difficulty shopping online so I visited the store directly. She immediately apologize for the inconvenience but I assured her it was my lack of computer knowledge. I never felt so appreciated as a customer. This meant more than anyone could imagine.

The Silver lake store’s employees are awesome. I will command John (from lawn gardens), Asim (from paint blinds), a staff from keys making, and several others that I don’t remember the name

During my visit Mrs. Amayah, the staff in the electrical department helped me to find out the Ballast I needed for my office. I am not an electrical expert. Mrs. Amayah was very known about the products and ready to help right away. You rarely find this kind of personality. She is an asset to the Home Depot. Thanks for helping.

I bought GE microwave and stove

Dirty store and could not get anyone to help me. Managers and staff unresponsive and did their passive aggressive best to show that they weren't going to get in a hurry for anyone. Looked like a store in a third world country. Rated a 1 as could not select zero.

My cashier was Mgr Jocelyn- She was outstanding. She went above and beyond to assist me with the gift card problem I have had for the last 2 yrs. I am so grateful because she actually solved it!!!! No one else has been able to do so. She is a true keeper and I appreciate all she did for me. Kuddos Ms Jocelyn!!!!! This store has always been my “go to” as I am able to find what I want, get in and get out. L If there are long lines, their cashiers make sure they keep moving unlike other HD locations I have visited. I love that it is close to my home and stays open til 10 pm. Whew! They have saved my butt many a day.

I bought two of these and the install was perfect. Advice: Wear disposable glovers over your hand to remove the old halogen bulb and install the new halogen bulb. The oils on our fingers and hands cause issues to the halogen bulb if touched directly with our fingers and hands such that the bulb will not operate correctly. Good luck. Thank you.

I doubt very seriously, if I will return to this store for a purchase. Prices are too high for me to have to check myself out. I do not check myself out in other retail stores. An option should be provided.

We bought our oven yesterday

This location has employees who went above and beyond what I have ever experienced at my local Home Depot. A real unexpected surprise! Thank you Silverlake Home Depot! I will travel the extra 5 miles to visit your store again soon!

We had to order some supplies for our fence and the associate Nery and manager Josh helped us find the stuff. They even matched the price that Lowe was giving us. They both had a positive attitude, pleasant, patience and professional.

I’m in from N. J. Visiting my son. I purchased a Weber grill. They sent me the wrong one ( natural gas instead of liquid propane. In one day. I called Elisabeth the sales person. With in 2 hours the swapped out another and we were eating steak that nite. My thanks to Elisabeth and tha Siver lake Texas HOMEDEPOT.

Nice experience at checkout. Kalia was positive and had a smile. It's nice to see her great attitude when it's easy not to be positive, when dealing with rude people at times.

The sales people and the parking lot attendant collecting carts were quite friendly. The product was partially crushed (inside the box and not visible from the outside of the box), but the store is so far away that we have not returned it.

Syed was very knowledgeable on the light bulbs and electrical section. He helped me with everything I needed. He was awesome!!!

Lupe was there to help me find every item I needed and he was very knowledgeable. He made what could have been a stressful buying experience into an amazing one.

Was happy with the quick service by phone. My water heater was changed that same day. Steve did a wonderful job. Clean and with no hassle. He even explained what he was doing and promptly changed my water heater.

We had a gift card problem. Dannie, the cashier, and Moises, the manager, spent over an hour with us trying to resolve the problem. They did such a great job!!! Thank you so very much.
