We paid 2207.75 dollars for refrigerator complete with water hook up guaranteed water hook no questions asked at the transaction now they refuse to hook up the water. Don't go there!

Home Depot has great products at great prices, and great help. I've been going to Home Depot for many years, for many needs, and every time I went there I came out satisfied.

Everyone is super friendly and attentive. We were helped Elizabeth (Head Cashier), she was super friendly and knowledgeable.

This store has the worst customer assistance for the casual customer that I have ever encountered. Maybe it's fine for contractors who don't need any assistance.. If you need help to get a large/heavy item or help to load your car, forget it. I've shopped at other Home Depots and none has been as bad as this one.

Overall the store is very clean, the product availability for us DIYers is great, the staff is efficient and friendly. Love the garden area. It always looks so beautiful and smells great. Would love to see Home Depot sponsor garden presentations like Armstrongs does or bring in Master Gardeners.

Appliance shopping is convenient here. Bought dishwasher in June. Bought washing machine today, October 1st. Linda in appliance dept. listened to my needs while looking for both appliances. She heard me say "no" to extended warranty and didn't push more. Delivery went as she said with dishwasher. She is thorough and kind. There were also other employees readily available in other departments, all took time to greet me and ask if I need assistance. Will return for the next appliance/supplies when needed.

The people that work in this store are great. Always ready to help. Pro desk is the best. I live in Thousand Oaks which is the next town over and has a Home Depot, but always find myself at the Simi Store.

This is my very favorite Home Depot and I've visited many!! The entire staff is helpful and friendly and it feels like they really care about their customers! My husband and I are building our dream home and Amry in customer service has been our "go to" help mate. She is an angel!! Dan and Tito, the managers, are awesome and make us feel like family! Frank, Wayne and Joyce at the Pro desk are always smiling and ready to help us!! Paul is always a pleasure to run into and full of helpful hints and James in windows rocks!! I love you ALL!!!! Building a house is sometimes a sit com and sometimes frustrating but you make it a lot more fun!!! You biggest fan, Sherry H:)

Most of the time Customer Service, from Cashiers, is a thing of the past. However, Brittney, in the Simi Valley Home Depot store is a total diamond in the ruff! She is always willing to help the Customers and never appears to be put off. With a smile on her face she will help you through with any HD Customer Service issue.

This store is laid out like any other Home Depot. I was greeted by Sarah at the customer service desk when I walked in. She could see I had items for exchange, and she helped through the process. Even to leave and get the items I needed exchanged, and find a manager to help her with lookup of my previous Home Depot purchases. I will continue to use this store, because of today's experience.

We generally have great success at this store with products and staff. The store is clean, stocked and the sales team members are great. The only complaint I have of any of the Home Depot Stores is getting hit on for Solar upgrades to my home every single time I walk in the door. That is not a good business model. On a positive note... Brittany in merchandise RETURNS was awesome to interact with.

I definitely love this store, especially because it's so close to my house. But the best thing I can tell you about this store is the customer service is wonderful, when you put in a special order the customer service staff is attentiveand tries to make your life so much easier. Sometimes like a lot of stores it is a little difficult to find someone to help you, but when you do they are always very eager to help! One thing I can say is patience is a virtue, and if something takes a little longer than you expect, just be patient and your reward might be an additional discount, a smile or a better deal! Robert from Kitchen Cabinets did a wonderful job!!! He helped us pick out the right cabinets for our budget and designed a great kitchen. The prices were very competitive. However, I needed to make adjustments to the 2 cabinets. So, I went on Monday evening and NOBODY was in the Kitchen Cabinets department. That's why I only gave the store a 4 star rating (BAD management).

In all the home depots I have visited in California as well other states, I have always found Simi to have everything I needed and have always been assisted by expert help and if someone could not assist me, somewhere else was called to assist me in my search. I will miss this store when I decide to move in a few months, but there is a home depot close to my new home and I hope they are just as knowledgeable as Simi Valleys store.

Home renovation at best is challenging for the non-professional, but when you find department people who know what they are talking about the job gets a little easier. Keep up the good work.

I am never paying Home Depot for an installation again! The store is fine, but their appliance installation team is awful and didn't follow the written installation instructions at all. I bought a GE dishwasher, and paid $100 for installation. I figured it was worth it to have professionals do it, so I didn't have to mess with it. Boy, was I wrong. On their 1st visit, the installation team forgot to bring a long enough supply hose, so they left the dishwasher in my garage, and rescheduled for 2 days later. On the 2nd visit, they installed the dishwasher, and told me they had tested it and "there are no leaks and it drains properly". When I ran it, it did not drain at all. On inspection, they did not do 2 things in the installation directions. First, they did not put the required high drain loop in the drain hose. Second, they didn't remove the plug on dishwasher connection on the garbage disposal. So, I crawled around under the sink and did it myself. Then, it worked fine. But wait, there's more stupidity. They left 4 parts off of the dishwasher. They left the floor protection pan sitting on my kitchen table, they left the electrical junction box sitting inside the dishwasher, and they took the 2 side trim pieces with them when they left. I put on the floor protection pan and the junction box, and I had to order the trim pieces from GE because the installation team lost them. In addition to that fiasco, Home Depot made me pay $10 for a new appliance cord which the installation team would install, but the dishwasher already had a cord on it, so there was no need to buy another one.

The Simi Valley store has very poor customer service. I had to talk to 4 floor staff people before I could speak to Ray, ast. store mgr. in order to get the product from a pallet on the top shelf. Waiting 25 minutes for a product, I feel like a fool after paying for this. I should have just walked out and spent my money elsewhere. It seems like I almost always have a beef with Home Depot when I shop at this store. What ever happened to the good shopping experience? Do people in retail not have pride in their work or is morale really that bad?

Personal are friendly and somewhat helpful. Joyce / Kyle / Sara / Judy in plumbing all very nice people to work with. Others too but cant remember their names

The associates are friendly and very helpful. No matter if we're remodeling or buying plants, the staff has always been willing to help and make our experience stress free. Most times, the store is clean unless they're moving things around for the incoming season. Great place, great customer service!
