I love the garden center at this location and everyone is always so friendly. They have the best cacti selection I’ve ever seen.

Shopped for 2 hours gathering trees, plants and other needs. HD employees sold my 2trees and restocked my items eating my entire morning and leaving me empty handed.

Your employee Quincy is a Master Colorist!!! I bought a front door in red from Home Depot over 10 years ago. The door has taken some licks and is beginning to chip but it's still a beautiful door. I took a picture of the door and showed it to Quincy, and he was able to match the color perfectly! He was assisting about 6 other customers simultaneously by himself. Everyone had good things to say about his great attitude while we all waited. He was very attentive and kind to everyone.

I went to the store to purchase fertilizer, saw the attached sign about a free offer with the very fertilizer I came in to buy, loaded it in my basket, and went to check out. There I was informed by someone who seemed to be in charge of the checkers that the sign was “wrong,” and that, if fact, someone had “tried to use it yesterday.” If Home Depot chooses not to honor their sales, then they should take down the signs! I won’t go there again!

I went in to buy cleaning supplies and shopped longer than I was planning on because of the clean and organized shelves. Every Home Depot should be like this Skillman store!

I was looking for a chair for my porch and Kelvin, Zach, and Mike absolutely blew it out of the water! I don’t know what I would have done without their help.

I would like to recognize Pierre for his outstanding customer service. I came to Home Depot with my two young children and needed assistance loading heavy equipment. Pierre immediately stepped in, helped load everything into my cart, and even assisted with loading it into my vehicle. When I returned, he again offered the same level of help without hesitation. His kindness, compassion, and professionalism truly stood out. This is exactly the level of customer service that keeps people coming back.

I recently bought a few items for Christmas and EVERYONE in the store couldn't have been nicer. They seem to have great camaraderie and they appear to be led by a great management team.

Xavier was an amazing worker who helped me find the best plumbing products that I needed. He offered me amazing customer service and support.

My latest frustration involves my search for a hose-end sprayer from the garden and landscaping supply part of the store, which is admirably huge and generally well stocked. But the one person on the floor pointed me to the wrong aisle without offering to accompany me there, and when he was proven wrong, was nowhere to be seen. Neither was anyone else. I finally stumbled upon what I was looking for, but what might have taken me five minutes took 15. Still, it's local to me, so I guess I'm stuck. I would recommend to a friend with reservations.

extremely rude staff. Left because no one was able to give us an update about our door order and woman working in that section started talking down to us. Will be canceling and going with a different company.

Even when there aren’t enough employees per customer, they do their best to keep a good attitude and are very helpful. I will always shop here. Their people are really awesome.

rented power washers at Skillman and Lemon locations neither worked, both broken. Neither did any of the others at Skillman. what a waste of time!

I love this location. The service is great. The store is well run. The people that work the kids workshop are absolutely the best. They are good with parents and kids and run a very good clean Seif kids workshop area and we don’t miss those every first Saturday of the month but this particular visit I just went in for keys and they were great too many people only leave reviews when they are bad but I try to leave reviews when I have a good visit. My visit at this store are always good.

Washington machine delivery was a disappointment. Installers hooked the water lines to the wrong connections (hot line to cold tap/cold line to hot tap. This caused the machine to rinse with hot water and wrinkles the clothes.

Non-existent customer service. Employee just sat and watched.

I love coming into this store. Everyone is happy and helpful. Especially Dee in the blinds section!

I needed to take a shelf off of a gas grill in order to fit the grill into my car. The staff was perplexed on my request. No one had the proper tools to assist me. They even let me walk over to the main building to purchase a wrench, which did not work. I finally asked them to hold the grill while I went home to grab my tool bag. Very disappointed with the lack of effort by the staff.

Store needs more experienced staff.

I was able to get all the tools for my window screen replacement project. The woman that helped me get the tools to do my project was knowledgeable and helpful.

Worst Home Depot I have ever been to. Employees are actively trying to get out of doing their job, like checking you out so you can purchase your items. Even if an item is in stock, if it is in the rafters and needs to be pulled down you’re going to need to give them a good three business days before they take it down. Not only has corporate price gouging driven the cost of everything in the store up the quality is also significantly worse than even just a few years ago. Truly mind blowing

I purchased these items online. So the physical location was my dining room.

I bought a laser level. It had obviously been used and damaged. I'm pretty disappointed in the quality control. However, the employees were courteous.

The associates who come out and load the stuff are always very professional and courteous.

As A Long Time Customer: Would like to see more Knowledgeable-Information & Guidance Help, on the floor from more employee staffs & An increase in 'Variety' of Winter-Bedding-Flowers & Colors for Outdoors!
