Clean and the everyone is so helpful

Hi. If you live in Slidell you've been to this store. It is clean and 95% percent of the time it is so quick in and out. Try to go week days and before 6p because afterwards if you need a MOD your waiting( 30-45 mins .) They are well staffed and the service desk is very helpful. Sometimes on weekends it crazy. Allen cashier usually outdoors garden, Marie cashier, Sherri service&returns,Steve,Bill, others also they know their store. So overall I fully recommend our local HD. I am in there Sometimes 4x a day. I always seem to have a project and usually they have what I need. So it's a good 1st stop for your home improvement needs. They can order something that's not there w free to store pick up!!

Store was clean. Cashier in Garden Center, Sadie, was very helpful and friendly.

Every time we shop here the employees are so nice, friendly and helpful.

Employees are generally helpful and attentive, willing to assist customers. Its my go-to store for everything about the home. It is clean, well stocked and easy to get in and out.

The Bagsters you sell for Waste Management are a scam. I highly recommend that you stop selling them. They are lazy about picking the bags up and do not fully describe what they will not pick up. I am out $350 for purchasing two bags they refused to pick up as well as their $50 pick up fee. I had to find another company to pick up the bags which was another $240.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. Employees are easy to find and are eager to help. Everyone is friendly and they seem to all have a good sense of humor. This home depot is consistently a good experience from start to finish.

Store is always clean and staffed up. Makes it easy to find what you need and you can get in and out really fast. Great location and wonderful staff

Most of the employees in the store walked right by me, I even had to wait for someone to acknowledge me at the service desk. However the employees in lumber and building were polite and helpful. I needed temporary fencing and the man that helped me was very nice.

Very clean and friendly

This is my home store. I am in the process of starting a business and on one visit "Ms. Valerie" at the Pro Desk, explained to me about the advantages of opening a Home Depot Commercial Credit Acct. She highlighted the benefits of the card including "fuel rewards" which I thought I would never use. But when I filled up my gas tank for .24 cents, I realized she was right and I was hooked!! She looked out for me and I appreciate her!!! I made sure I told her so the next time I saw her. Then last week we had storm Zeta come through Lacombe, Louisiana. We were out of electricity for 3 days and I purchased a Ryobi generator from this store. Home Depot employees helped to load the heavy generator in my van. When I got the generator home, my neighbor helped me unload it and I paid him to put it together, filled it with oil and gas. The gas leaked out immediately when we moved the lever to "start"! Ugh! We had to load it back on the van and return it to the store. "Jason", I believe he is one of the managers was leaving the store and I stopped him in the parking lot to explain my situation. I think he might have been going home. I am not sure. He returned to the store to assist me. The generator was replaced, he but it together for me and transferred the gas. He and other employees started the generator to ensure it did not leak and then reloaded it on my van and sent me on my way home. Mr. Jason was wonderful that night. When I got home, a neighbor helped me to unload it again. It started right up and we were able to have electricity at a time we needed it most! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I like shopping at this store because it is always clean, workers are friendly and the prices are fair.

I Love Home Depot! Robert and the crew helped me as always. Someone always stands out who goes out of there way to help us! The facility is always clean. This location is very convenient with surrounding stores and easy access from most areas of town.
