friendly and helpful

This Home Depot location always has the material I need for home projects. The employees are very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to locate for any help that I may need. I really appreciate this home improvement store.

Associates are always friendly and helpful. I deal with a few of the same ones when I come in. Tony in garden, Tommy Cashier, Chris in paint. And today I met a new paint associate Angelique. She is amazing addition. Very sweet girl and so helpful. She color matched paint for me and it’s perfect!

The buggies are supposedly cleaned. There is quite an assortment of sanitizers available as well as MASKS! But all the employees don’t wear them. Several employees were observed wearing a sleeve used by a lot of fishermen! Absolutely ridiculous, store manager should do their job!

The customer service is the best in Slidell! I told Robert which lawn mower I wanted. He told me shop around and it will be waiting at the register. When I got there it was right there and Robert rang it up and they loaded it up for me! I go there a lot because of service like that.

It's ok. Friendly staff but there is an epidemic spread by people who are friendly. Don't be friendly. Don't speak to me. You could kill me, unless that is your intent.

Clean store and good customer Service

Go to the other Home Depot in Slidell. Those employees seem to care more about helping customers.

Great people and store

This store was very clean and well organized. The employees were very helpful in assisting the customer locate the items they were having trouble finding.

The paint associate was extremely rude!!!

I arrived looking to purchase a washing machine, urgently since my prior washing machine quit working suddenly. I was assisted by Angel( I think) the manager in the appliances department and she helped me choose the right washing machine. The transaction process was smooth. And I was greeted outside with help to get it in my truck. Great experience, will continue to shop there.

I’m usually at this store 9-10 times a week very good environment and friendly staff usually but today cashier (Ruby) was very rude i would recommend checking out with ANYONE ELSE but her.

A lot of products, reasonably priced. pleasant employees.

Most everyone in this store is helpful and friendly and I know them by name. A few that I do not know just stand around talking to other employees. Two new hires as cashiers should be fired - Richard and Johnny.

After going 1 week without a stove due to broken element, and unable to get shipment due to holidays, I went shopping . Sildell Home Depot was my 3rd store and the only store to have the stove I wanted in stock, and on sale. thank you very much. your sales person in kitchen improvement department went above and and beyond checking for stock availibilty. thanks again.

The store was very clean and organize. The older white men hesitate to help black women. They just point to the location. The cashiers are very friendly. Overall, the store is a very good store to shop at.

This Home Depot store is a great store. I never have to go to any other store to find what I am looking for. Price is not always the best, but you have what I need and a great selection.

Employees are friendly and go out of their way to see if they can help you. The store is always clean and organized. It is a pleasure shopping at this Home Depot.

This is usually a great store well stocked and friendly employees but the last few times I have went there I could never get help most of the younger employees are lazy and look mad when you ask for help.

WONDERFUL VIST EACH TIME I VISIT. Did not have to ask anyone to help me as I walked in workings ask if I needed help or would ask what I was looking for and told me what isle to look on. Mr. Robert was very friendly and helpful.

The store was very organized at 8:45 am, on the morning of Sunday, August 4, 2019, when I, along with my repairman arrived. The employees were friendly, and seemed to be workings as a team. Each person we met spoke, asking if we were finding everything we needed, and if not let them know It was a good feeling to shop in the pleasant atmosphere. If you haven't been to the Home Depot at 143 North Shore Boulevard, in the beautiful City of Slidell; take a drive over, and experience what I'm saying for yourself.

The home and garden employees were very helpful! They made me feel welcome and placed my stones and mulch into my car with kindness.
