wide range of goods at good prices

Home Depot in South County has been around for a long time...before the other retailers opened new store trying to compete. I enjoy this store, its prices and other products that are not usually at a home improvement/construction store. Thank you

Shopping for appliances for kitchen remodel was definitely made easier, they had a great design consultant.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping suddenly for a microwave. The store employee stopped what she was doing and was extremely helpful throughout the entire selection and purchase.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Bought a fridge and they made the experience less stressful. Would recommend going to this store.

Always lots of stock and choices, great staff for assistance and at the checkout

They had what I needed. Pretty much every associate I encountered was friendly, and asked if I needed help finding anything. Jonathon in lumber and Susan at the checkout were both very helpful, and super friendly. A far better shopping experience than most of the city stores.

My son and I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. They have everything with the best quality and friendly people working there.

I use to shop at this store all the time. But now that they have gotten rid of almost all of their cashiers and gone to this self serve idea in order to save money. I have started looking around and checking out different Hardware stores. Do you think that they will reduce prices for the customers now that the customers have to check themselves out? I think NOT. What a joke, no more customer service. At least I can still talk to people at different Hardware stores.

Had item I wanted asked employee to help me load it he said rudely "I guess so it's not like lm not busy",told him to forget it and another customer helped me.Im sure I will not go back.

Best experience ever with an employee named Gary. This man truly wants to help his customers.

I would recommend 3010 store Home Depot because of the employees were very nice, helpful knew where items & sales were at.

Under staffed. Arrogant, petulant manager I had to deal with. Disrespectful to others older than himself.

One of your Associates was kind enough to inform me the store gives a military discount. That is wonderful. No info if it is available online. Helps a lot and appreciate so much.

It's a huge store with everything you're looking for. We were assisted by someone when we were shopping and the cashier was friendly and helpful. The store appeared clean.

Convenient location. Courteous and helpful staff, generally. Usually has item I want! Returns handled quickly and easily.

Out of stock of several items but employees are top notch. Have been told employees are not in charge of having sufficient quantities in stock, that is taken care of out of headquarters in Atlanta. Atlanta obviously has no idea what they are doing when it comes to stocking the store. I rarely am able to get everything I need because they are out of stock.

The employees at this store are never too busy to help you.

the merchandise, in the aisles marked for it are easy to find. the lack of employees to help makes it difficult, but with patience you can find exactly what you are looking for at a great price. Checkout is easy and the cashier was courteous...and thanked me for stopping in that day...which was unexpected. I like this store, I think their garden center is complete, their selection is huge, and the prices are clear and precise. thanks for a very nice experience. we will be back again, and again.

As I checked out using the self check out I spoke with one of the employees and she was sharing about blowers which is what I purchased and sharing what she knew about them...this information was helpful and she was very pleasant to talk to

cashier darlene needs work on customer service and not shush her customers that are explaining about an in store pickup

Best Hardware store in the Saint Louis area, hands down!! The staff makes it the best
