We attended Home Depot for the kids building program and not only was it super fun but they even had free hot dogs and the employees were very amazing with everyone! This kind of programs make a difference for all customers and keep bringing us back!

I bought faux wood blinds for my entire house

Found items we didn’t even know we’d find at Home Depot and had great customer service from beginning to end. Specifically the woman at the customer service register that I can’t remember her name but had a 25yr pin. The two gentlemen that helped us, unbox, load into the SUV and not only did not complain about having to do that in this heat but also were so personable, Sergio G and Haval. Thank you to all three. I always come to this Home Depot.

I ordered a garage door opener and installation, it was charged to my h d card. It has been over a week and nobody has contacted me to set up a time or date to install it. The cancellation date (if I wanted to cancel) has passed. How can you charge my card without even having a day or time scheduled to install.

The employees are always helpful and direct me to the correct aisle. Store is clean.

Walking in john with Ryobi let me try the 40v blower just great. While shopping for.other items employees were very helpful thank you.

Bought some really good tamales from an older Spanish woman in the parking lot, but didn't care much for the beggars swarming you upon departure.

I had so much assistance at this store! They had everything I needed and the employees were more than willing to help! I highly recommend Home Depot on the South Freeway!

I don't live close to the stores, so I always look online to see what is available before making the drive. Most of the time, when I arrive in the store, they are unable to locate the item(s) I came for. Once it was cinder blocks, once, potting soil, once ceiling fans....etc. Online states they have (40), but they aren't in the store when I arrive! Which is extremely frustrating because I lost time, gas, and product.

The friendliest Home Depot I have been to. Cindy, Tresa, Kimberly, Kelsey, Lindsey ect. They are all so nice and always have what I need. I don’t want to use any other HD.

As soon as I walked in I had multiple employees trying to help me and show me where I need to go in the area that I went to the employee that was there he was extremely helpful he immediately walked up to me as soon as I walked in the area and he helped me and stayed with me the entire time the young ladies at the checkout counter helped me work it cuz I hadn't been in Home Depot in years and they help me work the self checkout and also waited on me when I had to run to the car to go get my wallet the employees were awesome the prices were just too expensive and outrageous

My wife was checking out at Home Depot in the self check out, because that’s all they have. She missed an item in the bottom of the cart. They noticed this and instead of informing her, they let her relieve the store and accused her of stealing, treated her like dirt And banned her from coming in the store for three years. Don’t worry Home Depot we won’t be back.

While most of the employees are great and act very professionally, there was one that treated me literally like trash. Her name I believe is Heather and she said was a manager there, never have been treated so badly and rude like this person treated me.

To the lady that works closing at the pro desk, you have some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen in a very long time. Very knowledgeable and very professional.

Lee, made it right at the customer service center, calmed me down and reassured me he’d make it right and he did shout out to Lee. Thank you, sir.!!

Mario in the rental department is kind, helpful and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend his expertise and kindness.

We have recently been in there because we've had some home projects and good luck trying to find anybody but a older gentleman named Jim. If you want to find anything, you better figure it out yourself. Because everybody that home Depot has hired knows nothing about nothing. They have a bunch of children over there playing on their phones and showing each other videos.

This is my neighbor store and everything I look for my small or big jobs around the house I can find them here!

I went to this Home Depot out of convenience and greatly regret it! If you must shop here watch out for Ashlynn she likes to have a smug attitude and do her best to make sure your shopping is as long as possible.

Ms. A is one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever encountered at Home Depot. She is truly a quality employee and representative of the company and deserves a raise and recognition for it.

There was a guy in hardware his name was Charlie who was most helpful. I always struggle trying to find the right nuts and bolts. He not only helped me out but taught me how to use the system so that in the future I would not have the same struggles. I really appreciate your time Charlie and I thank you for your patience.

Jimaji helped me a lot with the operations of the ladder I wanted to purchase. I hope I am saying his name correctly. I believe the other employees said he sticks at night but he was walking by and asked if I needed help .Tremayne and Lindsey were very helpful at the register not only helping me but several customers. Not a fan of self checkout. This location had no open cashier lanes available.

I am so Happy I shopped at Homedepot on sycamore’s school rd where my experience with customer survice is the greatest Thumbs up for Jade & Alexi Sands there súper héroes when it comes to customer service

Plumbing experts, Jim was able to identify a shower Valve that had been reconfigured to a newer standard vise one built for a 1972 home. A Special tool was also available for the newer valve and Jim went over my work project and explained and answered all my questions and concerns. My go to Home Depot store.
