Nice to be greeted at the front door just to see if we needed help

This is an excellent store to shop in and the employees are a big help when help is needed. There is plenty of stock on the selves and customer service is excellent.

I love my south Hill, Va. 23970 store! I was blessed to win a free turkey and ham in their giveaway! It was a difficult year for me and I was overwhelmed. Thank you South Hill Home Depot!

Ramia went out her way to help me find a product on her Home Depot app she was very respectful and she made it her mission to find what I needed

Jazmine and Ramia were very helpful with helping me find a product in the store. They also helped me find different items I needed online.

First of all I want to say thanks to the cashier Ramia. She was the only cashier up there at time and was kind of busy, but she made sure to greet and thank every customer who came through self check out and on top of it she assisted everyone. I thought that was an amazing job. And when I came back to the store that day I saw her pushing baskets from out of the parking lot and I asked her why she was doing it and she made the comment she wanted to help her fellow associate thank was awesome.

My visit was a pleasant visit and I was a satisfied customer!

The store employees and manager were very helpful and the Cashier Bridgett Conner took the time to show us where the items we were looking for were she was very helpful and above all very cheery and friendly

Associates Bryant and Shannon were very professional and they help me find what I was looking for. Store in my opinion is hugh, with a tremendous amout of merchandise it. It becomes overwhelming at times. Rate the store on scale -1-10 with ten being the best, my rating is 5 for the store and 10+ for Associates Bryant and Shannon.

I am always pleased with the level of customer service that is displayed at this store. The store is ALWAYS clean and organized and I feel like I can be assisted if needed, but I feel comfortable to be able to peruse the store without having sales folks hovering over me. I have been shopping here for approx 8 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. I shared with the manager on duty ( unfortunatley I do not remember her name ) and wanted to share how pleasant my last experience was and that Tyler from the plumbing department was EXTREMELY patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable and I thought she should be aware of that. She appreciated hearing this. I asked her to be sure to share that info about Tyler with her superiors, as I believe it is great to acknowledge loyal, dependable employees. Also, the gentlemen that brought the item to my car to load was so very kind. Excellent manners and when I commented " thank you " he said " It is my pleasure.." I could tell he actually enjoyed doing is job and it was truly his pleasure to help. So glad that this store is only 40 minutes from where I live. Keep up the good work!

Employees very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed at the quality of some of the lumber, trim molding, etc. but that is no reflection of this actual store and associates. I know they stock the shelves with what is shipped to them to sale.

The store was very organized and had all of the product I needed also Ramia sought me out in the hardware section and asked me if I needed help. She also pointed me in the right direction to finding what I needed. She seem very interested in what my project was and that amazed me . The employee at the Home Depot in South Hill always go over and beyond to help me.

The Home Depot in South Hill has the best employees I've ever seen. Every time I go there I'm greeted and help even if I don't ask. One cashier in particular always seem to help and do it with a smile. Ramia is her name she went out of way to find what I need on the Home Depot app and instead of just telling me where it was she walked and showed me. She also checked me out on self checkout when she didn't have to.

An absolutely wonderful store with really great and knowledgeable employees and a wide variety of good products. We are privileged to have this Home Depot in our hometown. The only negative I can think of is the motorized carts for store use. Of the 4 available, 2 are continually useless. The other 2 are in running condition but are almost always in use. We often have to make several trips to the store to be able to get a usable cart so we can purchase what we went to the store for. This is inconvenient and sometimes takes several days to accomplish.

You may never see this written except in the expressions of the employees, however, I believe Home Depots mission is not to just please us but to... AMAZE US! I am sooooooooooooo glad they CARE!

Great Store..wonderful employee Robert that works in the paint section. Very helpful and knowledgable about the store and where to locate items I needed. Only thing bad I can say is they didn't have anyone working the check out lanes so I had to use the self check out.

GOING TO THIS STORE IS A SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

Ramia helped me find some material I needed on her Home Depot app, and when I was ready to check out she rung up all of my items even though we were at Self- checkout. She also acted very interested in seeing my final project which I thought was very amazing I even told her I would take pictures and bring them for her to see. Also the store was very neat and getting help wasn't hard at all.

The store was very neat and clean and the customer service skills at this particular store is outstanding. A young lady named Ramia helped me search for what I was looking for in hardware on her Home Depot app and when we couldn't find it there she located the associate in hardware and made sure they understood what I needed.

Chrissy and Ramia helped me find and item by using the Home Depot app. They even tagged team by one going to get the item while the other checked me out they showed get teamwork. The employees at The Home Depot are very helpful and useful.

Clean store with in stock items and excellent customer service

This is the best Home Depot store i have ever shop; the building was very clean and the employees were friendly, helpful in what ever you need. The prices are affordable and comfortable. I rate this store a number 5
