I’m remodeling my condo and I was able to find everything I needed at Home Depot, I purchased 2 vanity tops and although they were very heavy, an employee helped me get it in my truck. I also found the same vanity top online at a lower price and Home Depot matched their price giving me a $160 credit. Great service.

I ordered online some Christmas lights nets for my front yard bushes and I selected warm white but when they were delivered (free delivery) they were 3 warm and 3 cool lights. I had to return the incorrect lights. They were very understanding and gave me a refund but also I purchased a display Christmas decoration and since it was out of the box, they gave me a discount.

Bought this great compressor at an incredible price. MY NEW BABY!!!!

Kick me out of an isle with no warning..employee was an jerk

This Home Depot never disappoints when it comes to useful, knowledgeable, and friendly employees. I’ve had the best experiences here from electrical where there is a super smart electrician who always eagerly helps to plumbing where they always get it right on what I need to resolve my projects. I purposely drive further to this store becaue this store is run and staffed great.

The employees are great. The issues that they replaced all the cashiers”excluding the pro check out “ and after 6pm NO cashiers available only self check out. VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SEE JOBS ARE BEING REPLACED BY COMPUTERS!!!

I have long pieces of wood and I had to go through a maze to scan my long pieces of wood, knocking down some items on the isle but at that point, I didn’t even care since they should have more cashier accessible on a straight line to check out. There was no one around to even pick up the buckets I dropped by accident.

Had to run in and wanted to be quick. Knew the location of the items we wanted. I missed the ceiling fan by not reading the tags or box properly so the associate in the area helped quickly find it for me. Then onto the toilets and grabbing the one we had previously picked out and a bidet seat. Quick and relatively easy. Great service in the aisles and at the customer service desk. Kudos to all!

So far the new microwave is working good. Have to get use to the different keypad...

i returned a never unboxed dishwasher previously purchased to upgrade to a better one with a stainless steel tub. i also bought installation and a 3 year protection plan in addition to the 1 year manufacturer. the protection plan will give me 30% back if i do not use it when it expires.

I'm a Fix It Chick (like a handyman) and it hasn't mattered what supplies I needed, they were always available here. I've never had a bad employee experience here either. Often times I know more about the product or tool I'm looking for than they do but they can still find it for me and always seem happy to do so. I am so happy this particular store is close to me!

Actually found someone to help me without asking five employees and hearing not my department. Needed appliances. Debby couldn’t have been any better. So knowledgeable . So helpful. Such a pleasure.

I found it disappointing not to see white refrigerators on the floor as it used to be. I am really surprised that all white ones are only available on the website and for a much higher price.

Stop moving the items to different locations I,a ageing senior and i spend more time looking and buying less.shame on the people who make these dumb mistakes.

The fact I have to depend on a warranty after 48 Hours is disturbing. I should be able to call the store and have the item replaced if something goes wrong. This negative review is not a reflection of the sales person who helped me. It is a reflection of Home Depot’s policy.

I am very big on customer service and it usually determines if I’m gonna visit a store again. I just moved to Las Vegas about four months ago and this store is my neighborhood Home Depot. I’ve been there a few times because we are renovating our bathrooms and I’ve had nothing but Excellent service. When I needed help to my car there was no problem with someone helping me. When I need to find a product, it was easy to find a sales associate. And might I add that the employees are very knowledgeable with the products that Home Depot sells that’s a plus for me. Everyone always have a smile on your face. It’s a pleasure to visit the store.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Home Depot employees at the South Las Vegas #3306 store. Since moving to Las Vegas/Henderson from New Jersey seven years ago, we have been loyal customers. It is a pleasure to shop there, as the employees are always available to assist customers like us, who may not be knowledgeable about many of the products and need help determining which ones are best for our needs.

Buying product is never a hassle. Vehicle rentals take awhile and hopefully the store can hire/train more staff to work that department. Sometimes it's hard to find a (helpful) employee for a particular department but generally get help. Returns are almost always fast. Thank you for that.

I went to the S last Vegas store on 2/13/25 at approximately 1;30 pm.no employees on the floor to help you. When I found them, they couldn’t care less and the one in charge of the one department was not knowledgeable about the products in the store.
