Buying product is never a hassle. Vehicle rentals take awhile and hopefully the store can hire/train more staff to work that department. Sometimes it's hard to find a (helpful) employee for a particular department but generally get help. Returns are almost always fast. Thank you for that.

I went to the S last Vegas store on 2/13/25 at approximately 1;30 pm.no employees on the floor to help you. When I found them, they couldn’t care less and the one in charge of the one department was not knowledgeable about the products in the store.

I bought some parts through their website. I discovered they use other vendors to sell parts to the public. The shipping was delayed multiple times, leaving me with having to wait for the part to repair the appliance. I should have gone directly to the online vendor and purchased the part. Home Depot collects a fee from the vendor to sell the part to the public. They add no value going through them.

The Home Depot store is located at 2200 E Serene Ave in South Las Vegas, I appreciate the wide variety of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies available. A knowledgeable team for providing expert advice and support for both DIY enthusiasts like myself.

Purchased 1/3/2025 didn't receive after having rekeyed

The Home Depot store is located 1/4 mile from my residence, as a result I’ve been visiting the store for the last 25 years. The Employees of Home Depot make the store. Over the years the employees have become more knowledgable and helpful. Customers are lined up to ask questions when they see a Home Depot employee (yes me too). The employees advice and experience have prevented me from making incorrect purchases on more than one occasion. I appreciate their patients and understanding when dealing with the customers. They all deserve raises…..Thank You!!!

STOP ALREADY! Nobody, NOBODY, wants to be harassed for shopping with a company just because the company has the email address and can harass customers. JUST STOP IT. I'm sorry somebody convinced your CMO that customers want to be harassed. Here's the truth - THEY DON'T.

Recently I was in to buy a new kitchen faucet as my old one finally broke. I found a reasonably priced American Standard and had some questions on installation. The team members I spoke to were extremely helpful and recommended a basin wrench to make installation easier…thanks HD team members…you guys rock!!!

I went to buy a new over the range microwave and was immediately assisted by a great sales associate who walked me through the models on display and what differences they offered. I was in and out in a half hour! Delivery and installation next!

I have shopped this store for well over 25 years and have found the employees to knowledgable, helpful, and courteous. Hiring and training processes must be top notch.

Ordered flooring samples. The driver could not figure out how to use the community intercom to call us to open the gate. Instead of scrolling to our name they left and said "Undeliverable". The product was returned to Home Depot but they kept our money.

The store is well stocked and the employees are helpful. Every trip is enjoyable and I almost always find what I need.

He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and great at discussing best sales.

Bought a Milwaukee, drain snake, and when I got home found that the snake was bent in a bit was jammed in where the attachment was supposed to go. That is a health violation and also considered a hazmat situation because you’re dealing with human waste. If you’re going to sell reused materials and equipment, at least market that it has been used.
