Always a good shop in experience.

My wife and I wanted to purchase 12 new kitchen cabinets, but we came up short with the accessible inventory of cabinets on the shelves at this store. An employee named "Chuck" offered to help, and he had get all sorts of forklifts and ladders to retrieve what we wanted from the highest shelves in the store. It took a little time, but Chuck was successful. He also helped load our pickup truck after we completed the checkout process. Thank you, Chuck!

I ordered a grill but did not receive any information that it was delivered to Home Depot in Nashua even after I had tracked the grill and found it was delivered. I called the store in the a.m. and was told it would be available for pick up after 1:00 pm. I went at 2:00, and was told by customer service they don't carry that particular grill but I then informed her I had ordered the grill online and told her about my phone conversation with customer service. She made a phone call and told me the grill was buried and not entered into the system yet and it will take a few minutes because she was short handed. After approximately 10 minutes, she had another associate go down and pick up the grill. He eventually came back with the grill and the box appeared to be damaged and had a strap wrapped around it. I commented to the associate it looked beat, but he said the product was opened and checked for damage. However, I couldn't take the grill because it still was not entered into the system without the grill being there. I was finally told I could take the grill, and they would work on trying to enter it into the system. Two associates put the grill in the truck for me. When I got home, I checked for damage and surely the bottom shelf had been dented in two places, even with a large amount of packing to prevent damage. I was able to pound the dent out in one area, and straightened out another area to allow one wheel to rotate. The grill works perfectly. I wish I could say the same about this Home Depot.

They really can match the color . And a 4 ounce jar of the right color paint for $3.49 is a good deal.

We purchased a new gas grill and picked it up and sadly discovered when it was placed at home a bent valve where one of the knobs were.... So we went back to the store and they exchanged it no questions asked but also delivered the new one and picked up the damaged one. The two delivery employees could not have been nicer.

If you need assistance, look for Paul the All Star! Super knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and courteous. He's the "go to" guy and I can see why. I actually enjoyed looking for and purchasing carpet!

Never had any problems with the Home Depot. Anytime they didn't have what I was after, they ordered t on the spot for me or looked up another store that I could get it from.

Didn't have exactly what I wanted, but there was a wide selection of alternatives.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have many projects to do including moss removal, deck cleaning, landscaping. Philip helped me choose the tools I needed. He showed me high priced tools and low priced tools. He explained the difference in what each tool did and listened to me while i explained the projects i was doing and help me choose the correct tool for each project but also helped me stay within my very limited budget.

Now if only corporate would stop trying to shove self-checkout registers down our throats, employ some actual cashiers, and open enough registers again.

Great store - people are always friendly. That matters more these days.

As always, great assistance from associates and cashiers even during the "weekend rush" of shoppers. Checkout lines were blessedly short thanks to adequate staffing.

Was able to get in and out in under 10 minutes while being assisted and cashed out at the same time.
