I had a great experience as always at this location. Most specifically, this time I was given an immense amount of assistance with my flooring needs and questions. I was assisted by associate “Melissa.” She was a great help to me. She takes pride in what she does and pride in helping others with her knowledge and assistance.

I travel 30 mins out of my way to go to this Home Depot. There is one in my town but the employees are not as helpful. They will take me to where I need to go and not just tell me. Veronica was very nice

I am doing a bathroom remodel and the staff at this store are all very helpful. The ability to purchase a bunch of parts (in this case PVC joints for a plumbing job) not knowing what combination will work, then easily returning the excess unused parts is a GREAT help in getting the job done quicker.

Liz and Jason Both went out of there way to make me {the customer} feel important , as a customer's point of view that's important to me , I will be remodeling my bathroom within a few weeks , I will be back

I find that anytime I need help I am able to reach an employee who either takes me to the product or finds out whether its in stock. Returns are easy and processed in a timely manner.

Excellent store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Brian in outdoor equipment is excellent and knowledgeable with the equipment. Sharon the cashier is so friendly and considerate!

I would like to recognize Paul, an excellent employee in the Electrical Department who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of floodlights. He educated me as to the different types and helped me decide that the led floodlight which I purchased was the correct one for my needs. I will return to the Nashua Home Depot Store tomorrow to purchase additional matching floodlight for my driveway motion detector.

mellisa was a great help

The fresh wreaths and garlands were particularly nice. There was a very impressive amount of choices for decorating my home and property.

Store was clean, help was easy to find, check out was fast for a Saturday. My cash register person "Sharon" 3481 00023 85912, was very nice to me, and convinced me to do this survey.

The store is dark and not very attractive. There are prts of the sotre the are so unlit that I feel I am in a dungeon.

Not enough staff. Have to call for assistance in aisle and wait. Biggest prob is forced to stand in line with all returns while being there for "quick" on line order pickup. Line was too long (8 people) didn't wait, left store. Poor setup, should have quick turnaround for order pickup in store. Also, many times only one register open with a line and self service registers have one or two waiting. Need more staff on weekends.

Friendly helpful staff abound at the Nashua Home Depot Store. This positive attribute is tarnished slightly by disorganized, messy and unstocked aisles. So close to being an excellent store, with just a little effort it takes to pick things up off the floor and put them back where they belong. When a bin is empty, fill it back up. We could have spent more money if the shelves were stocked.

The store associates are super helpful and the store is easy to navigate. After visiting several other stores trying to buy a BBQ, Madaline was able to assist me right away and find the BBQ that was perfect for my needs. I’ll absolutely be back!
