This has been my store since it opened and I’m very satisfied with the service I continue to receive. The GM and his team of managers and supervisors are excellent customer oriented people and HD should be proud of how they work with their customers.

Find what you're looking for or something that will work.

My whole project is on hold because Home Depot didn't deliver all of my shelves. So rather than make sure I would get the order the next day they suggest the order should canceled. I don't what to cancel the order and pay another $55 for delivery.

Trying to get my new dishwasher installed and finally got transferred back to the southriding store. After talking to the appliance department, the salesperson took my number and said she would call me back. She talked to the manager and they said my part would be delivered and then a plumber would come install the part. After a month This manager is working on solving my problem. This is what I call superior service.

I have no issues with this store but they are still in the stone age when it comes to check out. Why not allow tap to pay. It speeds things up dramatically.

Purchased flooring. Mohamed K, an employee at the flooring section provided me with an outstanding and professional experience from start to finish. Mohamed K was very knowledgeable and explained the specifics of each flooring option. Mohamed K helped me find the right option for my basement and also helped me load the merchandise onto my car. Mohamed K is a true customer service oriented gentleman.

My visit to Home Depot was exceptional due to the outstanding service from Mr. Manny, Nadia, and Ken. They were incredibly helpful in locating and explaining features of a new propane gas grill for my Dad's Father's Day gift. Their expertise and friendly assistance made the shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable, ensuring I found the perfect grill. Special shout out to the staff for loading the grill into the back of my car!

HD is a great source for home improvement supplies, the best part is the staff.

I wanted to order a new carpet for my stairs and for my living dining room. I am getting now an email from a third party telling me I need to disassemble anything that needs to be disassembled. I moved what I could from the tables but they are even mentioning that they may remove doors and that I will have to reattach and put the doors back!!! I would never have ordered had I know that I was supposed to do all this myself !!! why would I pay you so much money if I will do all the work?

I bought so many items through my contractor for my small project, very much satisfied

well organized and stocked, I am very pleased that I can find things myself either using the HD site. Self checkout are great.

I wish I could have visited the south ridings homedepot a little early for my home improvement project to upgrade my carpet floor to LVP. They have such a nice combination of products, with sample and so nice professional salese consultants to help to select and on top of that contractors to install the LVP. It is my one stop solution for all home improvement need.

Dorthy handles my experience very promptly and I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes!

A handful of things all seemed to break down on the same day at the office, and I got everything I needed quickly on my lunch break. Everything was where it was supposed to be and in stock. I was in an out with no trouble, a wonderful experience

I was able to get my 4'x8'x2" rigid foam insulation board home today after a Home Depot employee helped me cut it to my requirement in the store. That's the kind of service that wins customer loyalty.

The manager Chris and the cashier Carrie was amazing and helpful and the best customer service experience I had at that location for making the match as easy and enjoyable as possible
