Clean store with great inventory and people.

I made an exchange for a husky product and the person at the customer service station was super helpful and did a swap. I wanted to buy power tool combo set and asked 2-3 people to unlock the tools. The 2 person said he was getting someone, after waiting 10 mins with no luck I asked a third person and he blew me off, said he couldn’t open it and kept walking. At this point I thought forget it I’ll go somewhere else. I was at the manassas HD the other day and received night and day service to look at tools. I’ll probably make the drive there next time even though I live in south riding.

I updated my bathroom fixtures and kitchen faucet. I found everything I needed and service was excellent, especially Jason H and Dorcas.

I bought several items from home depot and the quality is awful. I bought an expensive front door that the finished has peeled off and home depot would not warranty. I bought a lot of tongue and groove plywood that has the tongues machined off center and is almost impossible to use. Home depot has sheeeeit products and is a sheeeit company

Whenever I go to my Home Depot in South Riding, I'm always helped by staff, get answers to questions, and assistance putting items in my car. They are all very helpful, willing to explain, in detail, or even print detailed instrictions for me.

Recently made two back to back trips to South Riding Home Depot on 14 and 15 January. On 14th, a representative flagged me to his open counter and quickly completed the transaction, entering Home Depot’s Veteran discount and thanked me for my service. On 15th needed to return an item and representative Susan went above and beyond with attitude and tenacity in tracking down the proper replacement. Customer service representative saw me coming and waved me over. She handled the return and the purchase in a friendly and professional manner, also thanking me for my service after inputting the discount. Writing this lengthy review to thank these individuals for their authenticity and assistance which is greatly appreciated.

I’ve had many great experiences at Home Depot, but this visit, due to Mr. Evan’s, was the best ever. Mr. Evan’s is a co summary professional.

This store is always well-stocked and has the products that I'm looking for or need. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This has been my store since it opened and I’m very satisfied with the service I continue to receive. The GM and his team of managers and supervisors are excellent customer oriented people and HD should be proud of how they work with their customers.

My whole project is on hold because Home Depot didn't deliver all of my shelves. So rather than make sure I would get the order the next day they suggest the order should canceled. I don't what to cancel the order and pay another $55 for delivery.

Trying to get my new dishwasher installed and finally got transferred back to the southriding store. After talking to the appliance department, the salesperson took my number and said she would call me back. She talked to the manager and they said my part would be delivered and then a plumber would come install the part. After a month This manager is working on solving my problem. This is what I call superior service.

I have no issues with this store but they are still in the stone age when it comes to check out. Why not allow tap to pay. It speeds things up dramatically.
