At my very first impression of this Home Depot in South Riding, Virginia location wasn’t all that great because I had to ask 3 different employees to get a hold of floor department representative to make the final process and payment and it took 20-30 minutes too long of waiting. But when Alex came over to help with my carpet consultation, he made the final process of getting the quote readjusted very easy and waiting for him was well worth my time. Even tho, Alex is very young associate, he has his customer service down and is very driven at what he does. Alex will take care of you like he took care of me. Also I would like to shoutout the Branch closing manager Bibek as well for stepping in at the end to finalize my payment process very smoothly and his care for the customer is also well above and beyond. With that being said, quicker response time @- they have a great team over here!

Overall, a good typical HD store, but entry and exit is somewhat difficult, that is, narrow and limited.

The manager, Babik, has been exceedingly helpful with a complicated order that involved both an on-line order and an in-store order. I highly recommend the S. Riding store in Chantilly.

Since the vanity I originally purchased could not accommodate the existing plumbing, I exchanged it for a more compatible unit. The Manager was very accommodating assisted with the return and went out of his way to assist with the selection of a replacement. He and his staff spent extra time and were concerned with our situation...loaded the replacement in our vehicle as it was snowing heavily and expressed concern that we get home safely. We will definitely use that HD store again and recommend that others do the same.

I order products from the Home Depot App. The app is great. The service at this location is also very good. Employees are really friendly. I do a lot of orders online and sometimes shop in-store. They always have my stuff ready. Great Work!

Cashier Douaa was super rude. Didn't know how to handle a disappointed customer. Didn't go an extra inch not a mile to listen to my concerns and how best she can provide customer service. I had to ask for a Manager, and therefore she took it very personal and refused to help me further. She Returned a defective item then charged me extra amount for ordering a replacement. I will warn my friends and neighbors in my neighborhood to avoid having her serve them. I personally think she need a performance evaluation.

I was looking for some Christmas decorations which my sister had found at another store but they were not on display. I was lucky enough to spot Charles and asked him for help. He went out of his way to find the items (which were in the back and not yet on the sales floor) and then to bring them out and unpack them so that I could buy them (with the help of Deana and Sam). He definitely went above and beyond normal customer service and he made sure that I got what I wanted. I was very pleased and impressed with how much effort he put into finding my items and bringing them out so I could buy them. When I went to the self-service checkout Mizan came over, scanned all my items for me and made my checkout experience a quick and pleasant one. I really appreciated all the help I received and will certainly shop this store again.

The South Riding, Va store always seems to be well stocked and the personnel can almost always identify where to find items you are looking for. More often than not, they will take you to the item.

I purchased a small Stinger wet/dry vac for the home. This product is great. It's easy to use and light weight. I am able to tote it upstairs for quick vacuum jobs upstairs. In addition, the service at this store was terrific. My cashier, Justice, was very helpful at check out and even helped me secure a Home Depot credit card for future use. Great product and great overall great shopping experience.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and normally has at least one of each item in stock.

I had a great experience the other day, I needed to purchase a particular kind of hand sanitizer. I looked for it on the shelves but could not find it . I asked an employee, Cindy, if there was any in stock. She spend a great deal of time and energy to locate the product, it was off the floor and stored high up on a rack. She arrange to get a fork lift to fetch it for me, so I could purchase what I needed. I bought all of the product that remained, she was exceptional. Thank you Cindy for going above and beyond and thank you Home Depot for hiring great people.

My visit to the garden center was everything it should have been. There was still a good selection of plants in mid-July, and more importantly, the plants had obviously been well cared for. They were well-watered and healthy and were reasonably priced. The sales cashier was also extremely helpful in helping me find the right flowers for a special project in my yard. Very pleased to have this store in our neighborhood!

I think is one of the Home Depot stores where the customer Service associates are really well trained to take care of the customer. they seem to be people who know how to deal with us customers

Adam in flooring was a rock star helping me get the right carpet, padding, and services. Kevin Agot (MET) demonstrated exceptional customer service. The store was clean, well-stocked and ultra-friendly. Unlike some other Home Depot experiences I've had.

We live near this store and location is about the best part of it. We consistently receive poor service if any at all.

The sales man and the store manager promised me that all delivery will be free and the pick-up of the old unit will be free without no hesitation, contradictions, or any problems. However the delivery-man didn't want to take the old one with them, it is a free delivery and free pick-up of old one. Talked with store manager & told me that he cannot do a thing about it, and wait for another week. This is bad customer service and toxic respond and management to customer.

Store clerks were extremely helpful when asked my questions, store was clean, carts were available

This store stands out in terms of helpfulness and courtesy of it's employees. While it is not easy to find products, when you are not familiar with the store, the employees are very willing to help and even take you to the place, where you can find the items you are looking for. The store is clean, but the checkout area is a bit cluttered, yet still fairly easy to negotiate.

It seems like every employee hides when you need help I come to the store almost every day and it’s always the same thing none of the employees know where stuff is or they give me an aisle number and it’s wrong but today I dealt with MIZAN and he is hands-down best employee at the store I never do surveys this is my first one so I think he deserves a raise

The help at the beginning was hard to find. That was finally satisfied in the middle of the store trip. It was at the end we checked out and was loaded up in the vehicles to leave that a fraud alert came. Ruthie had great customer service skills and what could have been highly aggravating turned out to be okay. Thank you Ruthie for your attitude, patience, and kindness! God bless you & yours!

Employees were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is well laid out, clean and safe. We have decided to make this our goto Home Depot location.

Heavy set man working in the tools and key making is EXTREMELY RUDE. Would not shop this location again
