One of the best store.

The Tuesday night crew is an awesome team! Super friendly kind and ready to help! Store was clean, people were positive. If I have to shop Home Depot, I will do my best to wait till Tuesday night when Sarah and the " A Team" are on duty, thank you for outstanding shopping experience and helping me find the freezer our family needed!

The store was clean and following Covid-19 safety precautions. Customer service representatives helped me choose the right materials and place an order.

Dealt with a employee name Justice. Amazing and very kind to work with. The customer service he given was one of a kind. I’ve never done a review for Home Depot so this is my first. Been shopping at Home Depot all my life and this was the first time that I’ve dealt with generous employee willing to go above and beyond to help me out. I was standing in line and didn’t wanna lose my spot since lines are long. I asked Justice where are the Powerades because all I see were sodas. He said “What flavor will you like and stay right where you are I will go get it for you so you do t lose your spot in line” AA++ I give Home Depot for Justice.

some employees were wearing their masks below their noses. per CDC guidelines the mask should cover both nose and mouth. This store is always well-stocked and clean and the employees are helpful.

Great customer service.

The store had an adequate amount of product on the shelves. The associates were really friendly, especially Jovani in paint and Charles in electrical. The store was also really clean. Fantastic shopping experience.

Install on 7/13/2020, worked the first day next morning no clock no power in cooking range, dont work... called GE after waited 35 min on call lady told me they could sent tech after 1 week. WOW such a big company GE worst customer service experience... I will definitely take this to Social media.

Neat and clan store always. Employees are always ready to help and you don't have to wait or you don't have to find any employee to ask any questions. Stud department and Window blind department are exceptional and love the service they give to me when I was there. All the employees are friendly and respect each ask from you and give the proper suggestions and answers. I would recommend this store to all my friends to visit for their home project needs.

Highly Recommended The S Riding Store is the one of the top Home Depot stores around for a number of reasons: great management, knowledgeable and helpful associates, and a wide selection of products. Associates like Joe, Mohammad, Jan (rental) Drew and Joann at the paint section are excellent examples of associates who always go “above and beyond.” Mostly everyone on the SR Team are helpful, knowledgeable and make finding what you need a breeze. If you have to go to the Pro Desk this location is the place to go!! Everyone was stellar from beginning to end.

Beware, the manager in this store, Rich, is rude, useless, and lazy. He does not even bother to cover his nose with his mask and gets very close to customers when he is supposed to be 6 feet away. The guy in the paint dept. is just as bad. There are no employees available to assist customers. I will never go there again!

I went in this store today to buy some lumber for a project. I needed to have two by fours cut down to size. When I went back to the lumber cutting area and there was an employee they're cutting plywood for another customer. I patiently waited in line for about 15 minutes. After the employee was done cutting the other customers plywood he turned to me and said I'm sorry I am not going to cut your two by fours for you you need to go find somebody else. I was appalled at this terrible customer service but said okay I will go find somebody. I went to the self checkout line and found a young man named Joseph who immediately called somebody to ask for help. Unfortunately the person who he called hung up on him and he was unable to find an associate. I proceeded to walk around the entire store and could not find a single Home Depot employee that could help me. When I circled back to the front I came across a female employee who had blond hair and appeared to be in her sixties. She was playing with a dog that another customer had brought into the store, and she ignored me. This lady walked away and said she was going to get her cell phone so she could get the phone number of the lady with a dog. I then walked up to another woman who looks like she was in her fifties and ask her for help finding somebody to help me get some Lumber cut. She sighed like she was irritated and picked up her phone and dialed a number. Then she walked away from me without saying a word to me. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to follow her or if I was supposed to wait. I walked back to the lumber cutting area then she came back 5 minutes later saying that the person who cuts the wood was on break and I would have to wait a half an hour. I asked her if there was somebody else in the store who could cut the lumber and she said no. She turned around and walked away and didn't offer me any solutions at all. I decided to go get some precut Lumber and pay the higher price, knowing I was still going to have to figure out a way to cut the lumber to the exact length I needed. Back at the front Joseph was there and asked me if somebody help me. I told him no. He went above and beyond and gave me a discount on the pre-cut Lumber knowing that I would have saved money if there was somebody available to cut the lumber off-the-shelf I needed. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of the Home Depot associates at the South Riding location. Joseph was the only employee he who really cared about me getting the service I needed. Joseph needs to be commended for his service.

I waited 2,5 hours for taking my scheduled curbside delivery. Staff is inexperienced. They couldn’t find my staff and not told anything while I was waiting. It was really bad.

The most helpful staff (Razia) I've ever come across. I needed some lock bolt locks. Instead of directing me to the aisle where it was. Razia took me there and also helped me with a tool box. I've even seen them tell a customer where to find the items. However, Razia took the cake... It cost a little more for the tool box but the service is so worth it.

Justice the Pro Cashier is a great representative of Home Depot

one of the best Customer Service reps Smriti works at the front desk. she is always helpful and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help customers. Thank you Smriti for being such a great part of my Home Depot shopping experience.

The Customer service is very lousy. Was accused by the clerk that I didn't have enough money on my card and/or that I was in possession of a stolen card. This treatment was unacceptable

This store really tries to be the best in the area. In my opinion, they achieve that goal. Emad was very helpful. He remembered me and assisted in all my purchases. I cant say enough good things about his attitude. He definitely is a role model for other employees.

Mohammed Azam is a very helpful associate and has a very good knowledge about his department. Also buying the items was so quick and easy.

Naz is excellent at customer service. He always greets us and has a smile and hello. Always appreciate him being there. He ensures that if we need any assistance that he finds us the right person.
