The associates are friendly, knowledgable. The place is clean and organized and they all know each others departments.

I was not satisfied with this store's customer service at all. I made 6 trips to this store to get completed what I had to get completed. One and only one associate was willing to help me. Her name was Kimberly. She had been there for 5 weeks and had no training with her current job. This is the fault of the management team not taking the time to fully train an associate before putting them on the front lines to deal with the customer. I only went to this location because of the location which is close to my house. Never again. When I am done with this special order I will never go back to this location. Kimberly deserves the training that she needs to function at her job. She spent over 3 hours with me placing my order and she went above and beyond her job description to take care of me. Nobody else in the store seemed willing to do that including MOD's.

The South Setauket store, as well as the Coram and Bellport locations, makes shopping a pleasant experience. It is the wonderful employees that makes it so! I am a customer for life!

I ALWAYS GO TO THIS LOCATION. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE VERY NICE. I GOT TO KNOW A FEW OF THEM AND ALWAYS SAY HELLO ITS NICE TO FEEL WELCOME WHEN SHOPPING. ITS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER SINCE ON LINE SHOPPING IS HURTING THE BRICK AND MORTER STORES.

Store is usually well-stocked and I rarely need to go to another location to find what I'm looking for.

The first associate that I encountered resolved my question/problem quickly and easily. I was surprised, because I had visited other stores during the day, such as Best Buy, and spoke with five different sales reps, and received zero assistance for something that could have been resolved there, too. I generally find that Home Depot hires many experienced associates who take pleasure in sharing and helping. Thank you.
