I needed a new Refrigerator. I checked it out on HD website. Got all the specs. Went to the store. Had a terrific store associate to help me. Looked at the model I planned to buy, asked more questions pertaining to size and changed my plan. This store associate was so patient and so helpful, and knowledgeable, I left the store completely satisfied and relaxed. To date, I LOVE MY NEW FRIG! No more frozen food in the refrigerator section!!! Hurray!

I was easily able to locate all the items I needed. There were readily available, knowledgable store associates who helped me choose the correct products needed for my project. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

I shop in this store quite often and have always found the Associates to be knowledgable, polite and helpful. This last time I was in the store, I left my wallet on the counter of the Customer Service Dept. The Associate immediately tried to call my home. I was able to return to the store immediately and retrieve my wallet. The Associate was a very honest gentlemen. I would highly recommend this store.

The store itself is an awesome place to shop. But rueben in kitchen department. He is the man. He just has that natural gift of being a sales associate and makes the customer aware and knowledgeable about whats happening and takes you step by step. I waited to find out when reuben was working just to finalize and order my kitchen cabinets. Rueben took me thru the process 2 weeks piror and spent a good quality time explaining everything with care. He told me to finalize and make sure everythings right then come back and well order them. I went back one day and reuben just left. I asked customer service when he was working next and I came back. It was a breeze with reuben. Thank you homedepot and thank you reuben.

With help I was able to get questions answered and even received a few ideas on how to do the project. the staff was very helpful.

staff was more friendly then other home depots.they usually point to where the products are located,which is very annoying

my trips to this particular store rarely are not fulfilling---my shopping for the items I seek are most often satisfactory---

hard to get somebody for help. otherwise okey! spend so much time looking for things and get somebody to help with purchase.

I prefer the South Setauket Home Depot because of their friendly staff, cleanliness of the store and how well the store is organized . I always find what I am looking for and if I cant find it, the staff is always willing to assist with a smile. It is always a pleasure going to Home Depot where I know I can shop with comfort.

Very pleasant experience finding 2 items which I needed. Sales associate greeted me outside garden area, answered my questions, and then followed up with me when I was selecting my items inside garden area.

I built my home with all products from this store in the last 11 years inside and out whenever I need help it may be hard to find someone sometimes but they are always pleasant

My dishwasher needed to be replaced. I researched machines online and found several I was considering. I spoke with Mary Lou in the East Setauket store and she promised to call me back with price updates. She was a woman of her word and called me back. I met her the next morning at the store and ordered my new dishwasher. She was very courteous and very informative, a delight and asset to Home Depot. I look forward to receiving my new Kitchenaide dishwasher.

I love the gardening department and I usually find the plant i want and its in overall good health!

-supervisor of dept 29 is asset to your company ! He really cares about your customers satisfaction and went above and beyond assisting me. He was very patient and addressed all issues with my kitchen cabinet damaged doors. rep at your customer counter was great as well!

The thing I appreciate most about this Home Depot is there willingness to help ONLY when require it. I don't like to be bothered by sales associates unless I need help and then I will ask for it. So thank you for not BOTHERING me

Ruben was available, sat with us for all the time we needed to plan out our bathroom remodeling project. He made many suggestions that not only improved our project but saved us money. He processed our order quickly and efficiently, and was most courteous and friendly.

I didn't get his name but an associate saw I was looking for where I had to go and asked what I was looking for. He quickly pointed me in the right direction (which was in the opposite direction of where I would've gone). I appreciate that I was not looking for help and he asked me if I needed any.

The service here was outstanding, a pleasant experience

I had a very nice experience while shopping at the Home Depot on the Fourth of July this year. As I approached the entrance of the store, staff were barbequing complimentary hotdogs and giving away water bottles to all of the customers. The customers were all impressed. The staff within the store were very courteous and helpful. We appreciate The Home Depot being open on the Fourth of July as we were in need of some necessities.

I arrived at the store and parked my pick up near the mulch. I went inside the gate and paid for what i wanted. By the time i returned to my truck an associate was waiting and loaded my truck and i was on my way ASAP.
