the store is easy to find things on the shelf, employee knowledge and helpful

PATRICK NOT ONLY LISTENED TO MY WORK JOB NEED, BUT WAS ABLE TO SOLVE IT WITH A TOOL THAT WILL SAVE MANY MAN HOURS AND MAKE THE HARD WORK AT THE CLIENT JOBSITE EASIER AND WITH A QUALITY RESULT THAT WILL GIVE MY COMPANY AN EXCELLENT REFERRAL.

Quade was extremely helpful to us in the lumber yard. if you can get him, you're in good hands.

It is hard to keep a hardware store clean, but the store was neat for a hardware store

We were looking for the dumpster bad and couldn't find it. The employee not only knew where it was, but personally took us to it and explained it. Keep up the good work.

I need so much help in the box stores it isn't funny, so I love this store: You cannot walk 20 feet without a store clerk asking if he or she can help you; and even better, they actually can. If they have it, they'll find it for you--or a good alternative..

Items at The Home Depot are always easy to find. I especially appreciate the speedy check out service. Cashiers are looking to help and friendly during the checkout. Make you feel like they really appreciate your business.

The employee in blinds was not at all trained in customer service nor in knowledge of product availability. She was also very negative about the store computer system. She claimed she was the most knowledgeable of the blind area in the entire store including management. If this be true, the store is in major difficulty.

Cashier manager was intentionally deceptive about being able to reload a reloadable gift card and the checkout, stating that it was impossible at her terminal due to software limitations. I had to go wait at customer service, only to find out that you can, in fact, reload a reloadable gift card at checkout as they are identical terminals. When i told the cashier manager that she needed to trained and that it was possible, she admitted that she knew that. I was not offered an explanation why she refused to reload the card. I've shopped at this Home Depot three times and had frustrating experiences all three times.

We went to Sears waited 20 minutes and never saw a sales associate (12 months same as cash). Best buy I finally went to customer service for help they sent a teenager who obviously new nothing (18 months same as cash). Home Depot had 2 sales associates in the dept. we checked online selections compared models (24 months with new account) went back on Friday the sales associate(jen-I think CASHIER - SPOS01) was scheduled to leave but stayed to finish our purchase to which, besides the refrigerator, we added a micro which took her over about 45 minutes and was charming to deal with

The staff and manager were incredibly helpful gathering the items needed for a recent project- suggesting items that would be needed- like longer screws! Very helpful, and truly sincere service!

The store was clean and store employees were very helpful in assisting me to find the many items I purchased on 4/1/2016. I came along with my contractor to buy items to completely redo my farm house kitchen. It means a great deal and influences me that Home Depot honors my military service by granting me a veteran's discount. Thank you for being excellent business citizens. William Liike St. Paul MN

In the multiple times I've been to this store, I've always been approached by Home Depot associates to see if I'm finding what I need. This is key to me because I do find the store layouts confusing, and I'm not always sure where I can find my item. I've never had this experience with the other metro Home Depot stores, and always have to search to find someone. For this reason, I go out of my way to shop the SE 14th St store.

Pleased with the whole visit especially the personell. I feel the facility could be more invitin. Had trouble finding entrance was not well marked

We were in need of an old-fashioned ceiling light shade for our laundry room. We were having a hard time finding what we wanted anywhere. Your helpful employee in that department on 03-16-16 at 9:00AM showed us the only two you had in stock. One was perfect for the room. Wish I had gotten his name. Thanks for the help.

I was price shopping for mowers, when I stopped earlier in the day, but it ended up not even being about price (even though Home Depot had the better prices), but the excellent customer service. Because of the customer service, I made the decision to spend a little more on a better model.

I felt like I had a personal shopper while I was there, first a lady in flooring was very helpful in making sure I had the right flooring, then even noticed and pointed out to me that there was another choice that was on clearance, this creating extra work for her and a bigger savings for me!! Then she located a wonderful man to help me with another item, when it was discovered that there was a flaw in my thinking and my plan would not work, he took time to think up an alternative solution which turned out to be better and cheaper than my original idea! Also then they found a nice young man to load all my purchases for me! Thank you!

I went in with a list of lumber I needed for a small project. I was helped by 2 fantastic associates that went out of their way to be helpful. They completely exceeded my expectations of great customer service. I would absolutely recommend the SE 14th Street store!

When I asked for help and asked questions, the sales associate REALLY knew what he was talking about. He made suggestions of two other items to get, and I really appreciated it. Especially plumbers tape because I had never heard of that. It made things SOOO much easier for me when I changed the shower head at home (new experience for me).

Great service would like at least two associate working in tool/hardware waited for 20 minuetes for assistance. Since only one associate was working.

Good location. Easy to drive up and take care of my purchases. I like the associates, they are nice and informative.

We spend quite a bit in the store and we find thing easily and are asked numerous times if we need help. We appreciate the friendly associates and their eagerness to help.
