Bri helped me for quite a while with an amazing bright attitude. She is exactly what all customer service reps should be like, and the reason why I will always return to this store.

Chris, Nickole, Kait, and Sean took care of me without hesitation or making me feel like I was a burden. The situation is hard to explain but I was having an issue (no fault of the store) and these guys shared my frustration and took care of it with urgency and a smile! I look forward to shopping there again because of them! Thanks again guys!

This store has the best customer service! They go out of tehir way to help you. WAY better than other local stores. I bought a Traeger grill. They were knowledgeable and helpful and got me exactly what I needed.

I truly wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me the other day. He was genuinely happy to be helping customers. He patiently walked me throughout the store ensuring that I had everything on my list for my project. I was utterly impressed! I will be shopping at this location again.

As I shopped for paint , two new hires Justin Kyle Provided customer service unlike what I'm use to of late. While still learning the store find it has all I need at a budget friendly price. Quality products at even homeowner find in their budget.. I'm a contractor need one stop shopping at prices mmy client can afford and does.

Lawney Mullen was the third employee I saw upon my entrie & the first to greet me as well ask if I needed anything. He helped fins what I needed.

Everyone that works at this store will help you, no matter what they're doing at the time. I usually don't feel comfortable in really large stores, but the employees here at great!

The worker, Lawney, helped me throughout my entire trip and helped load my wood intro my car even at the end of the night!

Went shopping for new appliances and the service was the best. Found what we need with the friendly and reliable staff that got us a great deal.

Alan and Abel were excellent to work with. They gave amazing customer service and were extremely well trained in loading a half pallet of flooring into the back of my suv. They put safety railing up and Abel was extremely skilled in operating the fork lift. Both were friendly and very pleasant to work with. Not sure what you pay them, but it's not enough!

Tried to get assistance and one employee ignored us. The rest of the employees were much more helpful and helped us select what we needed.

I came into this Home Depot looking to resolve a problem and also pick up some supplies for winter. Each and every employee I encountered today was professional, thoughtful, and friendly. They make shopping at Home Depot a real pleasure.

I purchased a 40 gallon Rheem elecric water heater to install in my house. I also purchased additional supplies and tools to complete the job. I don't like to do any sort of plumbing, but the employee helped pick out the items and demonstrated how to install them. Just great to get that kind of service.

The SE 14TH Street Store in Des Moines not only has Great Products sold at reasonable prices, they also have Great Customer Service from really kind and caring employees who will help you find what you need and the Friendly Checkout Clerks will make sure you are checkout quickly and efficiently and answer any last minute questions you may have before you leave the line.
