Wonderful help with finding the items I was looking for.

I gave the store all Excellent marks because I have never shopped there and been disappointed. The store people are always friendly and will go out of their way to help you find things. They will take you right to the spot that has what your looking for. All you need do is follow the Pro's.

I always have a good experience in the store. I was happy with the help I recieved at the paint desk.

THE SMELL OF THE POLISH SAUSAGES, GRILLED ONIONS, AND HOT DOGS ARE FANTASTIC AT THE CHECK OUT LINE. KEEP UP THE GOOD COOKING.

The store is clean, bright and organized. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Same as normal depending on the time of day you go into the store , between 7:00 am and 8:30 you see coffee being drank and the Hooray meeting next to the lawn mowers.

This store is great. All the employees know where and what everything is. Carissa who helped me out with the power tools really knew her stuff. She made the experience the best thank you !!!!

I came into the store and found what I wanted right away plus other unplanned items that I neededand the sales associate that came over was helpful with the questions that I had.

Good store to shop at for all your tool and home repair needs

The associates and mangers are very helpful and go out of their way to do it.

CLOROX TOILET GEL WAS ON SALE AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE. IT WAS IN A 2-PACK. NO WHERE ON THE BOTTLE OR PACKAGING DID IT SAY THE PRODUCT WAS SAFE FOR SEPTIC SYSTEMS. A GENTLEMAN SALES ASSOCIATE PULLED OUT HIS PHONE, ASKED GOOGLE, AND FOUND OUT IT WAS. VERY HELPFUL ASSOCIATE.

Only went to Home Depot to use gift cards. When the cards are gone.......SO AM I!!!

The women in the paint dept. we're very helpful and I always go there to get my paint mixed as they are great at matching colors. Employees always ask me if I need help when they see me walking by or in the aisles. The associates at the service desk are always patient and nice at helping you out. I've come to this store for years now as I know the stores layout well and this makes it convenient to shop. I have made many Big purchases over the last 20 years from this store, i.e. I had my Anderson Windows installed, Front door installed, garage door installed, counter top for my Bar made here, light fixtures + ceiling fans, my Oak flooring for my Great room, lawn & garden, & purchased all the lumber for my deck. I feel I've been a pretty good customer throughout the years for Home Depot and like today continue to shop there.

Sales Associate was very knowledgable . The faucet we needed was not at the store, but he ordered us the faucet to be sent to our house.

Previous visit to this location was not good... I gave it a second chance and I'm glad I did! Cooper was a great sales associate that was friendly, knowledgeable, and curious. There are many more compliments I could give "Superman" but I just want it to be known that he exceeded me expectations when t comes to my past encounters at Home Depot AND other hardware stores.

You folks, in all departments and so professional in your jobs, and helpful. Please keep up the good job and train your new employees to follow in your footsteps. Remember - a little help now - means a return visit from a customer because they remember the little things.

If you know what your looking for or need the website helps a whole lot in the event u can't find help. It tells you what isle and bay to look into as well as how many are available. Great feature!!

Anthony the store manager was incredible! He went well above and beyond in order to help me find the appropriate shelving I needed to install in my home. Not only he did help me find exactly what I was looking for he had Larry, an extremely friendly and helpful associate even cut the material for me. These were odd cuts and took a skillful associate to produce what I was looking for. I was treated like I was the most important customer in the store and was never rushed. Thank you gentlemen.

I'd been trying to find ICE SHIELD, that sticky, waterproof version of old fashioned tar paper that lasts a LOT longer and seals itself back up when you nail through it. Neat stuff, but expensive. I needed less than 10 feet. The rolls are usually 75' and cost about $2/foot. Hated the thought of spending $150 and throwing away 85% of it--but, really, nothing else was going to be an acceptable substitute. I checked the Home Depot website and their smaller rolls had been discontinued, but I called anyway. Maybe, I thought, they had a roll or two laying around that hadn't sold yet. So I got someone at the building department desk and he said, "Yeah, we don't carry that size anymore, but let me ask some of the people here if they think there might be an odd roll or two." So he put a guy on the phone who said "You know, I check the markdown/discount bin now and then and I'm pretty sure I saw a roll in there. In fact, I was amazed that it was only $14--well under half price. But let me recheck for you." He's gone a couple minutes and comes back and says "Well, I was wrong. It was $14.99." So I shot out there and grabbed it.I saved $135. because these guys take the time to be REALLY helpful. And they bother to learn not just what's in the store, but what's in the discount/discontinued bin. I mean, who would do that? Well, they would.

Seriously .... This Home Improvment store is the best out of them all !!!! Not kidding .!!! I have been to all of them many many times remodeling my home and Home Depot always had better prices , more of a selection and nicer staff . It's my go to for any home remodeling needs .

I was a little disappointed in plumbing because they only had a small selection of what I was looking for but i was satisfied.

The associate that helped us with our christmas tree was very friendly and very helpful. She trimmed up our tree so well that when we took it home we had no problem loading it into the tree holder. She made sure everything was trimmed the way we wanted it. On top of helping us she was also sweeping the aisles in the tree department to keep a clean appearance for the store.

We went shopping to the home depot on Black Friday. Yes, one of the craziest days of the year. I went to look for a specific door buster. They had it in stock. I was taken back by the helpfulness and the politeness of the man that helped us. His name was Tim. Not only did he help with the DB but I bought several other things he suggested. Thanks again for a great shopping experience.
