I recently visited Home Depot to purchase some home improvement supplies and was amazed by the exceptional customer service provided by Brittany and Naomi, two of their employees. From the moment I entered the store, they greeted me warmly and asked if I needed any assistance. They patiently listened to my requirements and helped me find the exact products I needed.

She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I found everything I needed. Naomi was equally helpful, offering her expert advice and assistance with a friendly smile.

Delivery, what a joke
Told they had 5 lawnmowers in stock (online and at the store) so we ordered one. Made a delivery date and then 2 days later we are told now they can’t get it delivered until later in the week. No one will explain the problem. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Very pleasant employees
We had to as different employees where certain items were. Everyone were asked showed or directed us to where we needed to go without any hesitation. Checkout was very pleasant also.

Amazing employee
We just went to look at carpet and had another company coming to give us carpet but after talking with Loyola we changed our mind. This lady was so kind and helpful. She was very patient and addressed all our questions with the greatest professionalism!
