gREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE; I HAD MADE A PURCHASE AND WHEN I WENT TO USE THE COUPON ON MY PHONE, THE PHONE WAS DEAD. THE GARDEN LADY TOLD ME I COULD GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET THE COUPON CREDIT. SO THAT WAS MY MISSION, HOWEVER I WAS PAST THE 7 DAYS. THE CASHIER TOOK CARE OF ME ONCE I PRESENTED A CURRENT COUPON FOR THE PAST PURCHASE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO HASSLE. NOW I KNOW ABOUT THE 7 DAYS.

Two GREAT employees that we dealt with, Nata and Josh. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products. Always friendly and informative. I would recommend this store over others.

AS A NEW HOME OWNER TO THE AREA FROM OUT OF TOWN, I HAVE NEEDED LOTS OF THINGS FOR MY HOME & NEW LIFE HERE. I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THE SPANAWAY STORE FOR ALL THOSE NEEDS AND HAVE FOUND NOT ONLY THE PRODUCTS I NEED BUT ALSO FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE HELP ON THE BEST ONES TO USE & HOW TO USE THEM FROM ALL THE EMPLOYEES HERE. I WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE THIS STORE MY 1ST CHOICE STOP WHENEVER I NEED ANOTHER PRODUCT FOR MY HOME.

This store has great management.IF there ever is a problem I'm confident it would be resolved quickly and sincerely

browsing wood products, I was surprised to find the wood I wanted on the shelf, precut to the exact dimensions I needed for my project. Further surprised to find the price was lower than not only expected but hoped for.

I was meet immediately - clerk knew exactly what I needed after I expressed my problem....got excellent and friendly help

This store is fairly clean, aisles pretty clear, pretty much stocked at all times, and the staff is very helpful when needed. The only downside is they always seem understaffed at all hours.

We love cashier Anny.She was extremely nice and displayed a positive attitude.She sets the fine example of what an associate can and should be.We choose her as our cashier every time we can.Thank you Home Depot.

It would be nice to have a better selection of lumber and cabinet plywood. Lumber department employees seem to avoid customers as much as they can. Hardware employees usually come up and ask if you need help. In general most employees greet customers as they walk by and sometimes ask if you need help but you de have a few employees that do everything in their power to avoid looking at you so they do not have to acknowledge you or help you in any way. Maybe a third of the employees are this way so more training on customer service is needed. I also notice I get a better employee involvement than my wife does....leads me to believe employees still think it is the man that does the most shopping but in reality if my wife doesn't approve of the product more than likely we will not purchase it so employees need to treat men and women the same when they are shopping your store.

The store is always clear of clutter in the aisle and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very rude customer service, had to disturb the employees conversation to get help. I was returning some flooring for a more expensive flooring. On my original purchase I had a 10% movers coupon, the cashier Angelisa refused to apply the discount and was quite rude about it. I left the store without buying anything and went to another store. The store lost business due to this employee and I wont be shopping in that store again. Probably the worst Home Depot store I have been to.

Every time we enter the store we are greeted at the door wishing is nice. Finding an associate to assist us is almost impossible, unless it's someone I used to work with. I worked at this location from June 2008 / April 2013. During that time the manager Ben Harris and assist mgr Hyde would not accept this type of Cust svc. In fact, I would have been called into the office if I treated a customer as if they were an inconvenience. Store #4747 is located 1.2 miles from our home. Safe to say if another home improvement store was near by, you would not have our business. Would I recommend this store to business associates, friends or family? Probably not.

We were in the paint aisle looking for wall patching supplies. There was a dark haired female walking and when I made eye contact and began to talk, she snobbed me and walked away. Not good customer service at all and I wish I had gotten her name. Thank God there was another young lady bending down doing some work and she stopped to seek if I was in need of help.

Easy to locate the products I was looking for and the employees were helpful when I asked them for assistance.

Great store, great place, great people. I had a really good idea of what I was getting and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for

I needed plumbing information, I found out from the associate what the codes required. I found his suggestions easy to follow! now my Dad's new ADA approved bathroom meets all the current guidelines!

I was happy that the associate was able to help me find all the ADA equipment that I needed.

I have found that it depends on the time of the day you come here. If you are lucky to hit the time when there are all the long term employee's, you have all the help you could possibly need. Though, there are times when you must search the whole store to find help. Many items require a key to get. If you are there just for that item, even if you ask them to call someone, you will wait 30 mins for the key. We need to look into having key people that rotate to help regardless of what time we get there. If you are open, have support for all hours. For the most part, I am happy with the service. But when I am in doubt, sometimes it seems like everyone is on break. I do want you to know that for the most part, I visit 4 stores, this is by far the most helpful. The 4 stores are Puyallup, Spanaway, 72nd and Lacey.

Everything was great. Staff , service was great. The paint department was excellent.

Store was a mess this was a Saturday before mothers day and the back half of the Garden center was full of freight and a mess. The staff on the floor were terrible no sense of urgency, didn't know where things were and when I asked an associate to call someone to drop 4x4s ( which the bay was empty!!) he told me to go find someone else. The wait in the check out was nuts they had one cashier who was awesome! ( Thank you Cassandra!!!) Hire more like her!! No seriously hire more like her because you forgot it was a hot spring Saturday and only staffed her at the cash registers. The line for self check out and for regular check out was well into your paint department. You had people hanging out in un-shopped aisles could they have cashiered? Could you have someone running this place on a Saturday ?

Each time I come in I am greeted and treated respectfully/professionally. My only suggestion is that you change your haul away guidelines. If someone is buying a new washer dryer freezer and a clearance range (that doesn't qualify for delivery but everything else does) getting the washer dryer pedestals and freezer delivered and picking up the range because it is clearance. Plus paying for a haul away $15 why not allow a haul away of the old range. Technically I bought a new one. NO worries I will continue to shop there,but I still think that is silly.

All the employees were super friendly and helpful. Also we needed some wood cut and the gentleman cut the wood to the exact length we needed and I know that at this store the employees are not required to cut the wood to the customers specification, so I really appreciate that.
