I WAS MET AT THE DOOR WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE AND WELCOME. I ASKED ASSITANCE TO WHERE THE ITEM I WAS THERE TO PURCHASE WAS LOCATED AND THE ASSOCIATE NOT ONLY KNEW EXACTLY WHERE IT WAS LOCATED BUT TOOK ME TO THE EXACT SPOT. I AM EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND THE HELPFULLNESS OF THE ASSOCIATES.

Excellent customer service. Took the time to address all issues related to my purchase of a wall oven.

I needed some pretty tough weather striping to seal the gaps around my garage door keep out leaves, dirt and mice out of my garage. The store associate advised me to just user weather stripping but to install a thin metal strip on the inside bottom of the garage door as mice can chew through wood, plastic, etc. I took his advice and no more leaves, or dirt or MICE has have gotten in! I'm happy

THE ASSOCIATES IN THE TOOL RENTAL DEPARTMENT WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE MY VISIT EASY.

I was looking for several items and was walked directly to the location of the items by an associate. This person is always helpful, maintains a cheerful attitude and is always available to give advice on my project or find someone else with the expertize in that area.

Great experience picking out appliance that I needed went out of their way to help me understand what I was buying to my needs helped me get the best possible washer explained how long service guarantee what else I needed for my purchase hoses and they would even deliver and pickup old washer also told me and put on paperwork to open so that I can inspect when delivered.

3RD TIME I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH PAINT ASSOCIATES !

The people in this store are so friendly and helpful. I've learned so much from the garden staff, paint, anything I've bought there. The only home depot where I've never had to search for an associate, they ask me first. I'm going to miss them when we go back to Arizona for the winter.

We came in looking for wire and a doorbell for our garage door to open. While looking for wire without even saying a word there was an amazing lady associate who asked if we were finding everything ok and went above and beyond to find us the wire we needed because the one type was out. She was very knowledgeable in regards to knowing what type of wire was needed and that it was actually out. I am always impressed when a woman knows what she is talking about. Since I am a woman myself. The Halloween stuff was being set up and the man who was setting it up was very helpful and was very excited to press the buttons for us to see the different displays and what they do. I loved how excited he was to assist us. I love this store.

Always have had good service from this branch. I do a lot of business with them and have gotten to know a lot of the employees. They are friendly and always helpful.

I shop this store 99% of my Home Depot shopping. While I am happy with any HD store, Spanish Springs is my choice. I enjoy the interaction with the folks there but that happens less, now that HD offers online ordering with pickup at the store.

This Home Depot always has everything I need. When I do need the help of an associate they are always knowledgeable and friendly. It's always a pleasure .
