when entering lanes are blocked to just get in the store. then aisles are blocked with merchandise. i like buying tools in store, sometimes it is difficult to find associates to unlock items.

I haven’t received my order yet but I purchased this microwave because it’s all stainless steel. No black finish. I’m looking forward to it!! Thanks Belkis she was great!! She looked up everything I had questions about!!

Unfortunately Home Depot doesn’t carry the filters for my machine but does sell machine. Ridiculous!!

I bought and paid for stove , delivery was delayed and I wasted a day off waiting till evening at 5:00. Then notified delivery could not be made. It would be another 8 days before I could wait around for Home Depot to deliver stove. Salesperson at store was nice and knowledgeable and quickly took money from my account. Paid 8/29, 9/9 still no stove delivered.

Josh is an outstanding employee! He stopped what he was going and walked my across the store to find a particular nail I needed. Such a standout employee! Please tell him thanks for taking time for an “ old lady”.

Gene is the best! He helped me every step of the way in building our deck. He ordered everything we needed.

Cynthia in the garden department is extremely friendly, which is very refreshing this day and time. We need more nice people like her checking us out. Give her a raise

Home Depot always has a nice variety of plants and they always look healthy.

We just moved here from NY and obviously need a couple of things. So far every time we went to get something people were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and gave us great advice. Thank you so much for that experience

We had to return an expensive item and we were having difficulty with the warranty we had purchased. We went to the store and Tammy in customer service took care of everything for us. Tammy and her manager were very knowledgeable and professional!

I recently made an expensive purchase in the paint department and needed help finding the correct products and had questions I wanted answered by an experienced professional. What I received was a poor, condescending and argumentative employee who had to google answers and treated me like an annoyance that she was ready to leave instead of a valued, paying customer. She was definitely not from here and brought her poor attitude with her. I shop Home Depot for Behr paints and past excellent service, after this experience, I’m shopping elsewhere and as long as it’s exclusive to Home Depot, I’ll be changing paint brands too.

We went to purchase brown rubber mulch at the Spartanburg Home Depot #1129 in the Westgate area. We were greeted by a checker as we entered who directed us to the mulch. We met Bobby, who helped us load the mulch on our cart, checked us out and then walked to our van to help us load the mulch . It was amazing. These days, this is very rare. Kudos to Bobby and the Garden Center staff at this Home Depot!

I went to return some items, and the employee behind a desk(Alexa) didn’t acknowledge me and have an attitude just because I ask her if all the items ring back OK. So I decided to count them myself on the return receipt. I ask her because I wasn’t sure the items were on the same card or not. I used to experience this situation before because the employee was too lazy to check.

We have shopped at many Home Depot stores and the staff at #1129 Spartanburg is the BEST!

I needed assistance with a product. I not only got the help I needed but the gentleman was very knowledgeable with the products and so he helped me decide which product was best for my needs. He was also very kind.

I am terrible at finding certain things like moldings at the store. I tried to order it online, but there was a requirement to buy at least two. Very odd. I went to the store and found the correct aisle but I asked a nearby employee for help. I had a link and a picture of the molding on my phone b/c my handyman sent it to me. The employee asked for the SKU#, I pulled that up and he reached into the spot and pulled out the molding. I should have double checked him. I went through checkout, went home and when my handyman came later, he discovered it was the wrong one. I am returning it tonight. What a hassle! Lesson learned. Employees are willing to help, but double check them. Usually I've had no problems at this store.

They had the refrigerator I wanted available in the warehouse at a very good price, and my delivery was just a matter of days.
