Renee did something that warmed my heart what an employee I would give her a raise

I spent about two hours in Home Depot today. Trying to figure out how he’s going to get a barbecue back to my place to surprise my husband tomorrow for his birthday. Jacob took the time to check out all the delivery options, which there were none for the same-day delivery, called multiple people to see if we could try to squeeze in a same delivery, and even check delivery for tomorrow morning, but it wouldn’t arrive soon enough. He even showed me all the rental options that Home Depot has, and how I could go about moving his big barbecue by myself. He looked at multiple barbecues with me to make sure that they were in perfect condition, moving them, putting them back, not being annoyed at all by my indecisiveness. He then took apart the barbecue for me, put it on a flat cart and helped me play Tetris in my car to fit it all in so I can have it today. He then helped me pick out tools for the barbecue, propane tank, and looked at options for barbecue covers. The whole time he was extremely helpful, so nice and made me feel comfortable. I definitely am going to come back and say hi to Jacob, and thank him again with my husband for helping me pull off this awesome surprise!

I shop at this Home Depot almost daily. They have the best customer service. The managers are always available for helping and or facilitating locating products that may or may not be in stock at the store. Hands down the best Home Depot that I shop at.

Molly greeted me as she entered customer service section I believe she may be arriving for her work shift I was standing in line at customer service section I like to pay for my purchases there instead of self check out So I really appreciate having an associate check me out Molly smiles a lot and is very energetic and gave very good customer care

The worst of the worst. ZERO customer service. WORST company.

People in store were very helpful. I need 29 faux blinds for my new house and the company that does the measuring is TOO BUSY TO COME A.S.A.P! I was less than impressed being told that!

Needed urgently a new toilet so hammered down to SA and walked out with a beauty. Now installed and works great

They suspect they have had fraud at this location. If my daughter doesn’t get the money we gave her in a day or two I will call my bank card company and dispute.

I am usually suprised by the great stock of things that the HD near me is often out of.

Delivery was excellent - the workers (Manny& Frankie) were exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient in installing the range%. Answered questions how to use new range.

I get almost all my materials at HD. This store is a bit smaller than some, but it’s always had what I needed. I always stop at this location when I am in the area and need supplies. Employees are always friendly!

Purchasing pressure-treated wood comes with caveats. First, you can't order it online; you must go to a store. Second, you won't know un til you get there that the store will not cut the wood to the length you need.

We were offered a special discount for the refrigerator we purchased so we could buy up! We are building out a Teen Center to open in the fall in City Heights! We will be feeding each teen a daily meal if need after school! We were very blessed! God Bless Home Sepot and thank you Nick, Store Manager!!

At the Sports Arena Home Depot, always pleasantly greeted by an employee, upon entering, asking if I require any help or assistance.

Different employees escorted me to the location of my products, and explained the differences between brands, sizes, capabilities.

I ordered a Wix oil filter online, and it arrived at the Sports Arena store about 10 days later. I picked up from the locker inside the store. When I got home, I noticed it was the wrong filter. I think I am better off just going to an auto parts store.

Great place to pick up anything I need for any project I’m working on. The staff is always very helpful and super friendly. Highly recommend to family and friends only Home Depot I ever shop at.

Self serve check outs, I am not paid there for doing that job, so those suits and ties can save money on workers and get end of the year bonus 51 million instead 50. And I do have to rate them with at least a star. They do not deserve any star. But, fortunately, there is still competition in our town.

We always get good service/good vibes at this Sports Arena store in Point Loma, but we got EXCEPTIONAL help from Mauricio on January 4, 2025, when looking to purchase a washer/dryer set. He gave us his undivided time and attention; and I noticed that all the employees we walked by would look at us in our faces and say "Hello. Can I help you?" It was very nice. We ended up making a few purchases to include a new washer/dryer. This is a great store.

Home Depot has an awesome app to locate products within the store. Fire all employees, except for in paint and at checkout, and lower profit margins. Too many non essential employees eating up profits and prices are too high.
