I find the Solar City sales people a pain. I tell them no thanks and yesterday they now come down the aisle bugging you. When does no thanks mean, OK, question me more?

I needed to get a few things to start a tile floor job in La Jolla. I found everything I needed quickly. Although i needed no help, it was kindly offered.

Both of us have been customers at this store for many years. Our recent purchase of an LG refrigerator was outstanding in the ease of purchase and friendliness of our salesperson, Judy. A customer simply can't do any better.

Second time in a month where the associate in paint mixed the incorrect paint color. I didn't realize it until I got home and had to return......VERY frustrating!

Just keep animals out of the store!!!! Otherwise a great experience:)

Poor customer service from cashier, not friendly, poor english

From the greeting by the gentleman bringing carts in from the parking lot, to the woman greeting us as we entered the store, to the several employees who offered to help as we walked the aisles, and the staff member at check-out, every single employee was friendly, courteous, helpful, and very welcoming. It is a pleasure to shop at this Home Depot, and they have good inventory of all the things you need to keep an old house running. Thank you!

Huge store and everything is easy to find due to clear markings on aisles. And if you are looking for something that is not listed on the aisle - the service people are terrific and helping you find what you need.

Customer service is great, usually can find what I'm looking for and if I can't there is someone around to assist. The stores seems to be a cleaner and more organized than most. It's an easy location to get to on top of good service.

NEEDED A PART QUICKLY TO FINISH A JOB AND THIS STORE HAD JUST WHAT I NEEDED.

Convenient in and out next to other shopping. Good for quick stops! Always stocked and friendly.

I liked everything about this shop, I saw nothing that disappoint me

I have shopped at this store for 20 years. They planned my kitchen remodel 14 years ago and they recently helped me pick out a kitchen appliance package during their promotion. I have been completely satisfied and will always go there first for all my home improvement and repair needs. I feel at home there. I know some of the employees and they always greet me. Everyone is always very friendly and eager to help. I have never had a problem with any returns.

My visit on July 4th was unexpected, as we hosted an impromptu cookout to watch the fireworks. Without a grill, I dashed to HD in hopes of finding a simple charcoal grill to host our grilling party with friends. Floor associate "RB" came to the rescue when I requested to see if he had any grills left in inventory. His tracker said they were out of stock, but insisted on looking around the bay to see. With any luck, he found 3 additional charcoal grills, way up high in the storage bay, pulled out a rolling ladder, and retrieved a grill for me. RB went above and beyond, saving the day! Thanks RB - and everyone at Sports Arena HD, you're all very helpful and nice every time I visit.

I needed a bolt a 9:45pm. They were open till 10PM.

Home Depot is my one stop shop for all of my household needs.

Products are easy to find, store is in a great location, employees are always there to help. Overall - this location lives up to all expectations

The Home Depot staff at the Sports Arena store are some of the friendliest and knowledgable people I regularly have the pleasure of working with as I find myself in the store at least once a week. They have that special gift of knowing when a customer has "that look" of uncertainty and immediately offer their assistance.

Always shop at this store - the customer service is always great.

I needed help cutting large panels to fit in my Jeep. The associate helped without hesitation and was happy to help. Saved me from trying to cut it up in the parking lot to make it fit. Thank you!

The girl at the paint counter was very helpful in selection the correct paint and provided great customer service.

Overall, one of the better Home Depot stores in the San Diego area. Good amount of associates on the floor and most are very helpful; they will stop and ask if you need help.

This store is in a good location near the Valley View Casino arena; easy to access off the freeway and then from the side street. There are a lot of other stores in the shopping complex, including Forever 21, Old Navy, Ralphs, and fast food places... very convenient to get all your shopping done in one place. This is a nice, large store with a huge floral department/nursery. The parking lot is huge and it was not a problem finding close, convenient parking even though it was a busy Memorial Day. Since all Home Depots are pretty much the same, I'll keep this review mostly to the staff. The staff is so friendly and helpful; I must have passed about a dozen employees on my way to the back of the store who offered to help me or at least said hi. They had a good selection of refrigerators to browse, including both of the ones I came looking for. It took a while to get help, since there was only one salesperson in the appliances department and he was busy with another customer. When I did get help, though, he was great! The salesperson, I think his name was Nick, was beyond helpful and went out of his way to look up extra info on the product. It wasn't advertised anywhere in the store, but he told me right away that the appliances were an extra 15% off and calculated the prices for me without being prompted. The prices were better than anywhere else, including online. He gave me plenty of time to look around, helped me with my decision, gave me all the info I needed and made the check-out process really easy and quick. He's definitely a star employee! Unfortunately, I ended up returning the fridge the next day, before it was delivered, since I was able to get a slightly better one elsewhere that had a 30 day return policy. Home Depot does not let you return refrigerators once you sign for them upon delivery in your home. That's just not a risk I'm comfortable taking. (The employee did very clearly point this out to me before I purchased the fridge, so no stars lost there). -------- I've been back here a few times and have to say that the staff has been helpful each time. Its usually easy to find a staff member to help and they usually have good advice or can answer my questions competently (or help me find someone who can) without laughing at the ridiculous/ignorant questions I ask. However, tonight, the staff member named Travis in the Pain Department was a superstar. He was especially helpful, helping me get a great deal on some paint! He custom matched the colour I needed perfectly and helped me with some other items I needed. All the while, he was energetic, friendly and a pleasure. I cannot say enough good things about him; he's definitely a people pleaser. There is usually a good selection of items, well labelled and easy to find. The drawback is their prices aren't always the best. Also, the selection in the nursery isn't as good as other Home Depots I've been to. However, for the staff courtesy and helpfulness, I'll definitely keep coming back! I've been back here a few times and have to say that the staff has been helpful each time. The store was comfortable and clean, all associates were friendly and helpful, customers seemed relaxed and happy.

Always a quick and painless task shopping here for all typesof random art supplies. Customer service around every corner. Tons of selections. I'm in and out in no more than 5 minutes! Thanks HOMIES.

This store is always well stoked and I always find what I need for reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly.

Access to the store was good, Parking was a little hard though
