We went into Home Depot to make a significant appliance purchase. We worked with Julius Yelder who went above & beyond to not only ensure we got the appliances (Home Depot has a great variety by the way) we wanted but also pointed out various savings opportunities. If you are shopping for appliances look for Julius, he is a great representation for the Home Depot & their customer focus. Made a huge difference for us!

I came into Home Depot get two car keys made for my car and was greeted with a hello how are you and a beautiful smile the young lady Viejay was amazing as she cut my keys and watched self check out.

I was in the store and was buying several 16 foot pressure treated 2x4s and the people in the store wouldnt get a forklift operator to help with my load. They said they would load by hand to a cart and then to the vehicle but as soon as i did that they all dissapeared Except the spanish speaking cashier that used the wrong item and charged me for 2x6x16 instead of 2x4x16 she didnt understand that i said

We purchased a refrigerator from this store on September 4, 2023. Our salesman was Julius Yelder. We highly recommend him. He helped complete our purchase in a timely manner, was extremely knowledgeable about the products in his department and was very helpful and nice!

If you ever want a good experience getting something you need, you’ll typically get it at this Home Depot location. Another big shout out to Maria in plumbing! This time around, I needed a small part to retrofit onto an older pressure washer. Maria is very knowledgeable, very much a problem solver and very friendly. In the past, she’s come through with the same attributes and I’ve witnessed the same gifts offered to other customers in the aisle. Nice asset for HD to have.

This store is located in a geographical bowl; thus, cell service does not work inside the store nor even in the parking lot outside the store. The store's wifi is always on the fritz as well, which means you had better have a shopping list written on paper before you arrive to this store. I visit this store at least a couple times each week and the wifi hardly ever works.

We are starting a garden project, my mother and I, we absolutely do not have a clue on how to start or what to do. But we know we needed soil, tools and seeds. We checked out up at the service desk. And the cashier Patrick was very sweet & kind to us. He went above and beyond with his customer service, by giving us helpful ideas & tips on what to do and how to care for our plants. We will definitely becoming back in to continue our project and will be seeking Patrick out, whenever possible.

Yes it is true, Home Depot often times lacks knowledgeable associates. However, there ARE some good ones. Such was the case for me recently. I was fortunate enough to hook-up with Robb in the plumbing department. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I came for. The department specialty associates are much better than the ones that are just there to finish the day.

The products are not as important as the very helpful and knowledgeable staff you will find at this location.

Marlin is a wonderful cashier! She was very helpful, courteous & kind.

Today I got the most help from an employee named Chriss in the lumber section. I just had ligament surgery on my right hand and this man helped me pick out lumber and loaded my cart and he had a smile on his face the whole time. I have never received the kind of help this man gave me . Thank You Chris
