The customer service at Home Depot is terrible some mental midget name Lee that has no business working there and the assistant manager Dawn has no business working there they both need to be fired immediately.

I needed help to find flower pots (hanging) and this young man went out of his way to help me. Very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic.

Today I was getting landscaping rock and Julil came walking to me without any prompt asking if I needed help. It was so nice to have someone approach me, ready to assist! He helped me to the cashier and then loaded my car. I then came back in for two chairs and again (different spot in the store), Julil came and helped me. He was courteous, professional and incredibly respectful. Such a great representation for Home Depot!!

I go to this particular store at least 3-4 times a month. All of the associates are extremely friendly and helpful.

The gals working in the paint department were GREAT. Super nice and did what another unarmed store couldn't accomplish in 4 tries after giving attitude. The gals at HD were SO helpful and stepped up to the challenge. They got it right and had great attitudes while doing so. They get an A+

My return was not handled properly. The refund was not properly executed and now I'm out $30 and no one can help

I needed 10gal of Behr P. Paint and ashley went above and beyond to get them to me quickly! Melissa, Taylor and Sandra were AWESOME on the front end!!

Bob at the Customer Service desk was very helpful in me understand how to use my hot water heater warranty and how to get my heater replaced. He was excellent even though I was initially a little grumpy toward him. Go Bob!

Superior efforts from all employees I met at the Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA store. Special thanks to Chris, Gannon, Patrick, and Shaun for their help finding the right things and getting them into the truck safely!

I will no longer shop at HD because they require veterans to register with cell phone app, even though they have a government-issued identification card with photo. What about the veterans who don't have a smart phone or a computer? I know several in that category.

I specifically asked the employee if the warranty quoted was per item or just once for the set. I was told it was just once. When I got home I saw two warranty charges on my receipt. I also received 7 emails on a business email account that isn't associated with my HD account in any way shape or form...and is completely unacceptable to use for personal business.

This Home Depot seems to be well stocked with items to meet my needs and the employees are always very helpful. Facility is clean and well organized to help ensure you can get in and get out quickly with the item/items for which you came.

Angela, Patrick, and Tiffany made my visit amazing by going above and beyond. They took their time with me and truly care about the customer. Thank you!!

I stopped in last week to by a specific paint. Hailey went out of her way to find me the right color. I was so pleased with the paint I went back today to buy another of the same. THANKS HAILEY.

I love working on projects around my house, and the staff at this location guide me when i shop.

I’m sure the pro desk team is aware of a contractors pace. It was upsetting to see that on my time of checking out the two men sitting at their desk did not bother to look up to me for whatever reason I was invisible. Including the cashiers it took until one of the cashiers to step out of the box for me to grab her attention. I would kindly ask that they understand the importance of customers at pace just as i understand their business.

The team of personnel all have great customer service.

Will only come to this Home Depot at Harrison crossing because of Cassandra she goes above and beyond each time. She’s helped us buy cabinets twice and helped us apply for credit cards! She really makes a difference in this store specially now it’s so hard to find great customer service in stores but Cassandra will ALWAYS give you a smile and assist you with anything and provide fantastic customer service . She’s fantastic keep her around she’s the best.

I just purchased an L.G. Washer & Dryer. The sales associate,Jocelyn Aldinger,went to great lengths to not only help me with the sale,but also in getting registered for a $50.00 rebate(each).

Sensible organization at this store. This is our "home" store, and we have two projects (a basement remodel and a Skoolie bus conversion) that ensure we visit "The Depot" nearly every day for a tool, lumber, a few nuts-n-bolts, a plumbing fitting, a few more feet of #4 wire.... We may know this store as well as your staff! We are ALWAYS well served.
