My friend Eric Hartman use to work at this Spring Hill Home Depot store. He was an excellent greeter and always helped my girlfriend andI out with loading heavy merchandise into my truck. Fortunately the majority of employees at this store are like Eric.

Phillip helped me with my washer/dryer purchase. He was patient as I went back and forth on which one to get.

Received a friendly greeting at the entrance and given directions to item needed and was greeted again by a cashier in a very friendly manner and completed my transactions. There seems to be extra effort on their part to make our shopping experience a pleasant one.

On 11/21/22 my husband and I came in looking for a certain fake Christmas tree. We found it but we're told they were sold out. Heartbroken, an employee named Heather told us we could buy the floor model. Heather and another employee named David carefully took the tree down and put it in our cart. They realized that the remote for the tree was missing and they made it right and gave us a discount. The entire time Heather and David were very helpful, polite and friendly. Our cashier John was also very sweet and friendly. We left very happy and we will definitely be back soon!! Thank you so much Heather and David, we love our tree so much!!!

We purchased a wheelbarrow at the Spring Hill store yesterday. We we driving a car and needed assistance getting it into our car. We we greeted by Margaret, who went above and beyond to help. Also, the guy who checked us out was so pleasant. We will be back!

We had a new front door installed and absolutely love it! We had trouble finding a door because it's an odd size. Jeff worked with us to find the perfect door. The installation was smooth and professional. Now Home Depot is our first stop and they have not disappointed.

Always enjoyed the friendly greetings when shopping at Home Depot.

They won’t give veterans a 10% discount like their competitors. When you get a $15 off coupon by spending over $100 with their credit card-the discount won’t work.

Not one item on my list was located in the aisle / bin that the homedepot website identifiied.

I received good customer service from Christopher in the flooring department when I ordered the backsplash for my kitchen.

Please work on profiling in your store. Black people garden too. You did not have to follow me around the garden area and bump into me several times.

I returned 3 items recently purchased for the home we recently bought in Spring Hill. We realized they were not quite right for our specific needs. The young man at returns was very helpful and courteous. Next I was assisted by a young female associate who took me directly to the item I was looking for. Extremely helpful and friendly. The entire visit was excellent.

My wife and I visited the Spring Hill store this past Saturday. From the time we entered the store we were greeted by smiles from every associate. Jackson (Ryobi Rep) and Colin (Milwaukee Rep) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our choice of a new weed eater. Dennis in tools was very helpful and humorous as always. When we were ready to checkout Mrs. Patricia was our cashier, very professional and curteous. We were really happy to have the opportunity to shop at this store and look forward to our return visit soon. Thank you.
