We have always gotten good products and service from this store! The people are very friendly and willing to work with us to help us find the best products available! The store is always nice and clean, with very little blockage in the isles! This is important to me, as I am in a wheelchair!

Very nice store. I found everything I was looking for. Very friendly and helpful staff. I really liked the way that cashier Patricia explained to me some of the stores policies etc... since I was new to the neighborhood and store.

Our cashier Patricia offered to set us up a Home Depot Credit Card so we could get a discount. Lisa in the Paint Dept is very knowledgeable and helpful. We go to the Spring Hill TN store because of the customer service.

I left the store because no one helped me for the item I was looking for. I left the store feeling dissatisfied. I saw the gentleman gathering carts outside and decided to ask him if they had the item I was looking for. He looked and they did! He asked for me to meet him inside. He was stopped by multiple customers needing assistance. He would stop by a phone and page for workers to help these customers. Then he found my item! While I was checking out he appeared out of no where and entered a code in the system. I said wow you gave me a discount you didn’t have to. He said that was for the troubles you encountered today. Now that’s going above and beyond! Thank you!!

I highly recommend Spring Hill Home Depot. Great store that cares about its customers.

I am a 70 year old woman who needed to rent a moving truck, I had 2 friends from church go with me and helped me but the 2 young men who checked us out went above being kind and knowledgeable . It was a lot less than other rental places and I am very happy I went to Home Depotsnickerdoodle

Items were not put in the right place. Only 2 check out lines open and was backed up. Takes way to long to check out and saw 4 Home depot employees just standing around talking. And check out person needs trained or should not be running a checkout machine seemed way to hard for them to operate. This place does not respect their customers or their customers time. Home depot employees seem mad to be at work. I have more to do than just wait to check out, I am busy.

Just purchased some paint today and those folks in that department rock!! Erika went the extra mile helping me choose the right shade and guiding me! Everyone is very friendly and helpful each time I am there. This is also a very clean store and everything is orderly and easy to find. I will definitely shop Home Depot in Springhill again!

The only thing that I dislike about Spring Hill Home Depot is returning items. I am always, always have difficulties when returning items even with receipts. It is such a hassle last time I had some tiles to return and it took over 30 minutes and it was just a pain in the butt. I can go to Lowe’s and within five minutes I can return my items because everything is on my American Express card.

The store itself was great and everyone on the floor had asked if we need help. The cashier was not friendly at all. The cashier was rude. We have been doing several be project in the last couple of months and this is the first time that the cashier was rude. We also get a military discount, this is the first time my husband has been as to prove it. When we told her about it and she said she didn’t care, if he did not have any id that said that he was in the military, he could not get the discount.

store items are good. Help was great. MASKS are to be gone... can not understand when talking. too hot to wear outside in garden area .

When I moved to the area I live in now I found out that there was no HOME DEPOT here. When we found the Spring Hill store we felt so lucky. All the employees that we have dealt with when we had a question were so friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and clean.I especially loved the garden area this time of year. So many lovely plants to choose from.It is so easy to park and exit the parking area. I was able to find every thing that I was looking for. I will be back shopping in this store soon.

I love this store. It has everything, and it’s easy to find anything you’re looking for. And the garden center is amazing! Most importantly, every single employee is so nice.

The Franklin Store is much closer, I come to the Spring Hill Location because of the people that work there.

I received friendly help from both the person in the floor tile dept and from Patricia M at checkout.

We stopped at the customer service counter & had the privilege of having Sera wait on us. She was absolutely awesome! My husband & I are seniors & really don't order on line because we screw it up every time we try. We wanted to order an electric stove on Home Depot's website & Sera was so patient, knowledgeable & understanding. She took the time to order it for us without hesitation! She also checked into a part we needed for our outdoor grill & followed up w/ phone call. An Exemplary Employee!
