Was able to find things easily and receive advice from associates

The store was clean and well organized. More than one employee greeted us as we headed to the appliance department. The sales associate in the appliance department greeted us immediately and spent the amount of time needed to educate us to help us make well-informed decisions. It was a stress-free shopping experience, and we left confident in our purchases.

The store on the whole had friendly helpful associates. The appliance department has a great sales associate. Lumber back isle was unpassable with cull lumber carts.

I shopped the garden center. I asked questions of your cashier, Stephen, and he gave me good advice along with being patient with me. He greeted me with a smile and had excellent customer service skills and is an asset to your store.

I was buying a brand new refrigerator. The employee was very helpful, and got the manager to take care of an issue, and both were extremely nice and helpful to take care of my needs and to get everything done. I a very happy with the results.

Good Day: There are so many things I would like to say to customers like myself, Out on a busy day and the Sun is shining finally after all the rain. And you know you want to pick up a few cleaning supplies and then there they are : yes New Mats with the words WELCOME just like a friend. and being on sale gives you a great feeling that you can welcome all your friends with that one word. Truly uplifting spring is in the air. You get to the Check out and there you find the smile of a friend that welcome s you and ask how is your day: Thank you for this good experience.

This is a great Home Depot - they have a nice selection of products, and the associates are helpful and kind. One of the employees was walking by, and asked us if we needed assistance. He grabbed a cart and helped us load a boxed gazebo onto the cart. I was very impressed at how quickly we were offered assistance. In addition, our cashier was extremely helpful and patient. He called us over to his open register, and patiently entered my printed gift card info manually. He also offered us some great advice about securing the gazebo in windy conditions. He was knowledgeable and friendly, which made our visit feel like a high-end store experience.

I'm in the middle of a DIY home renovation. I've spent thousands at The Spring Hill Home Depot in the past few months. Having The Home Depot a few miles up the road is amazing. After home, and my workplace, I probably spend more time at The Home Depot than anywhere else. Thanks for doing a great job everyone and being available to help.
