Typically the Home Depot store associates are available whenever I need them. They are also very helpful in suggesting projects depending on the department I'm shopping in.

There are always enough employees on the floor to handle the customer volume and they have a customer-friendly culture, always willing to drop what they are doing and help me find what I need. This store is always my first stop when I need something.

I shop at this particular Home Depot frequently. I am always greeted by at least one employee, and I can always find someone to assist me when needed. I am often asked if I need assistance before I need to seek out someone. Most times the associate walks me to the correct aisle instead of just pointing, and then asks if there's anything else they can help me find. There is usually a knowledgeable employee available if I have any questions of how to accomplish a particular task or what supplies I will need for a project. They actually look like they enjoy their jobs! How refreshing.

The associates at this Spring Hill Home Depot are the best around. It is clear that the management team values their employees and treats them well. Hats off to such a great facility and excellent employees.

Douglas Campbell helped my husband and I resolve problems we encountered with a refrigerator we had purchased. The delivery company and the manufacturer were both being uncooperative and Doug continued to advocate for us until the issue was resolved. I cannot say enough about how nice it was to have an employee stand behind the product sold and the reputation of his store. We will shop at this Home Depot many times to come in the future and will always stop by just to say hi to Doug when we are there.

This store is convenient to me, and I prefer it to Lowes.

The sales associate in the appliance department greeted us immediately and spent the amount of time needed to educate us to help us make well-informed decisions. The store on the whole had friendly helpful associates. The appliance department has a great sales associate. Lumber back isle was unpassable with cull lumber carts.

I shopped the garden center. I asked questions of your cashier, Stephen, and he gave me good advice along with being patient with me. He greeted me with a smile and had excellent customer service skills and is an asset to your store.
